Centro cultural - educativo, distrito de Veintiséis de Octubre - Piura

Abstract

La presente investigación busca desarrollar un Centro Cultural Educativo, esto como respuesta a la falta de una edificación destinada a actividades culturales, así como la alta demanda en el sector educativo productivo, de manera que potencie la imagen del sector. El terreno elegido para este proyecto se ubica entre la Avenida Grau y Avenida José María Galán del Distrito de Veintiséis de Octubre, provincia de Piura, debido a que después de una exhaustiva recopilación de información y análisis estadísticos, se sabe que Piura registra un alto índice de desaparición de mujeres, feminicidios y tentativa de feminicidios en su mayoría causados dentro del ambiente familiar. El objetivo principal de esta investigación fue desarrollar una eficiente infraestructura socio-cultural y educativo en el distrito de veintiséis de octubre que responda a las condiciones arquitectónicas requeridas para el buen funcionamiento del mismo. Para el desarrollo del presente proyecto se plantearon bases teóricas que aportan a la conceptualización del CEE, estas mismas que ayudan a la creación de espacios flexibles, diseño de plazas y puentes que contentan las actividades culturales y educativas. La investigación es cualitativa de alcance descriptivo por lo que se concibe como la formulación de situaciones que se necesita ser abordados en respuesta a un escenario arquitectónico. El centro cultural educativo buscar abrirse a la población en general con el objetivo de satisfacer las necesidades culturales y educativas - productivas del sector a traes de diseño de espacios de socialización y encuentros culturales generando una relación abierta a través de una calle y vía que relacione el edificio con el entorno inmediato, además de crear a través de la arquitectura un edificio que potencia la imagen urbana generando una identidad propia del sector que influye en los pobladores.

The present investigation seeks to develop an Educational Cultural Center, this as a response to the lack of a building for cultural activities, as well as the high demand in the productive educational sector, so that it enhances the image of the sector. The land chosen for this project is located between Avenida Grau and Avenida José María Galán in the District of Veintisés de Octubre, province of Piura, because after a complete collection of information and statistical analysis, it is known that Piura registers a high rate of of disappearance of women, feminicides and attempted feminicides mostly caused within the family environment. The main objective of this research was to develop an efficient sociocultural and educational infrastructure in the twenty-sixth of October district that meets the architectural conditions required for its proper functioning. For the development of this project, theoretical bases were raised that contributed to the conceptualization of the CEE, these same ones that help to create flexible spaces, design of squares and bridges that contain cultural and educational activities. The research is qualitative with a descriptive scope, which is why it is conceived as the formulation of situations that need to be addressed in response to an architectural scenario. The educational cultural center will seek to open up to the general population with the objective of satisfying the cultural and educational-productive needs of the sector through the design of spaces for socialization and cultural encounters that will give an open relationship through a street and road that relates the building with the immediate environment, in addition to creating through architecture a building that enhances the urban image, generating an identity of the sector that influences the residents.
