siendo estabilizado. The development of this thesis of investigation entitled: Biotechnology in Structural
Pavements of Long Life using ecological additive PERMAZYME 11x in roads Affirmed
and its Application to Test Track in the INSTITUTO DE BIOTECNOLOGÍA
MOLECULAR Y REPRODUCTIVA ANIMAL - IBMRA-UPAO was oriented in some
limited situations, searching solutions to improve good granular materials stabilized. The
above implies propose engineering solutions to help improve these properties, through
laboratory testing, contributing to this research the implementation of an innovative
product stabilizer, economic and beneficial to improve the optimization of the properties
mentioned above; thus we will can help solve problems generated in unstable.
The investigation is focused on results of comparison of resistance and bearing capacity,
between granular materials with many clays without treatment versus a granular material
with many clays, stabilized and treated with PERMAZYME 11X; both executed
conventionally. The soil type selected for the study is located in Lote de Área Reservada
GRLL-10 Etapa II, Sector 5, Valle Moche; it stabilized in situ as in the laboratory CBR
tests.
The intention is to improve some of its physical-mechanical when working with multienzyme
stabilizer (PERMAZYME 11X), already used in different application areas in
pavement engineering characteristics; establishing a comparative analysis between the
granular material without treatment versus the granular material with treatment , where it
seeks to know which one is more efficient at the time of changing the above properties,
and which of these is more practical in its execution and if it would stabilize how would
improve their resistance.
