El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como propósito evaluar los resultados de la
implementación de la estrategia de desarrollo de mercado: Agente BCP, implementado
por el Banco de Crédito del Perú en la ciudad de Trujillo – Cercado. Se ha utilizado
como muestra de investigación clientes y no clientes del BCP, conformada por 7200,
que realizan sus operaciones a través de los diversos canales alternativos, obteniendo
una muestra de 384 clientes, el diseño de contrastaciones de una sola casilla
perteneciente a los estudios descriptivos pre experimental. La metodología utilizada fue
una encuesta de 18 preguntas dirigida a los clientes y no clientes del banco, para
verificar si tenían conocimiento de los canales de atención de los bancos. Los resultados
de la investigación han permitido identificar la participación de mercado del Agente
BCP, existiendo un alto porcentaje representando el 36% en la ciudad de Trujillo, así
mismo se ha llegado a determinar que existe un alto nivel de posicionamiento, ya que en
el mercado de agentes bancarios es el 64%, también se pudo identificar como
principales ventajas y desventajas, los más resaltantes el ahorro de tiempo, la cercanía,
la rapidez en la atención, sin embargo, en algunos casos se manifiesta falta de dinero
como la principal desventaja, además de ello también se pudo ver las operaciones más
frecuentes, los retiros, pagos de servicios, depósitos y transferencias. Finalmente se
concluye que se debe de realizar un estudio para evaluar el nivel de posicionamiento y
fidelización que tienen los clientes con respecto al Agente BCP. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the results of the implementation of the
market development strategy: Agent BCP, implemented by the Bank of Credit of Peru
in the city of Trujillo - Fenced. It has been used as a research sample of clients and non-
clients of BCP, made up of 7200, who carry out their operations through the various
alternative channels, obtaining a sample of 384 clients, the design of single-box
contrasts pertaining to descriptive studies pre experimental. The methodology used was
an 18-question survey aimed at the bank's clients and non-clients, to verify if they had
knowledge of the channels of attention of the banks. The results of the investigation
have allowed to identify the market share of Agent BCP, with a high percentage
representing 36% in the city of Trujillo, and it has been determined that there is a high
level of positioning, since in the market of banking agents is 64%, could also be
identified as main advantages and disadvantages, the most outstanding time saving,
closeness, speed of care, however, in some cases manifests lack of money as the main
disadvantage , in addition to this it was also possible to see the most frequent
operations, withdrawals, payments of services, deposits and transfers. Finally it is
concluded that a study must be carried out to evaluate the level of positioning and
loyalty that the clients have with respect to the BCP Agent.
