Automatización del ingreso de insumos de los botales para mejorar el proceso de remojo y pelambre en la empresa "curtiembre cuenca S.A.C"

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación “AUTOMATIZACIÓN DEL INGRESO DE INSUMOS DE LOS BOTALES PARA MEJORAR EL PROCESO DE REMOJO Y PELAMBRE EN LA EMPRESA “CURTIEMBRE CUENCA S.A.C”, está apoyada en nuestros conocimientos adquiridos de nuestra formación académica en control y automatización.

Para la elaboración del presente trabajo, se procedió a realizar un análisis del proceso de curtido en base de encuestas y observación de cada etapa, de las cuales nos vamos a enfocar en la etapa de remojo y pelambre, donde por ser el primer tratamiento del cuero es la más importante.

En esta etapa pudimos identificar problemas en el ingreso de insumos los cuales eran fallas en el control de tiempo y riesgos de seguridad del personal, posteriormente se realizó un estudio de una metodología de control el cual nos pueda garantizar una reducción de errores y mejora del proceso.

For the preparation of this work, we proceeded to take an analysis of the tanning process based surveys and observation of each stage, which we will focus on the stage of soaking and liming, where as the first treatment of leather it is the most important.

At this stage we could identify problems in the entry inputs which were failures in the time control and security risks of the workers, then a study of a control methodology which can we ensure error reduction and improvement of the process was carried out.
