Diseño de un sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo basado en la Ley N° 29783 en la empresa Industrias Verlim E.I.R.L.

Abstract

Hoy en día, toda empresa debe contar con Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo (SGSST) que permita el control de la seguridad de sus procesos y la protección de la salud de sus trabajadores; logrando un mayor respaldo para la empresa y contribuyendo a un mejor desempeño y mayores beneficios.

El presente trabajo de investigación, describe la metodología para diseñar un SGSST en la empresa Industrias Verlim E.I.R.L, con el fin de cumplir con los estándares de seguridad exigidos por las leyes y normas peruanas; así cormo disminuir los riesgos laborales y evitar posibles accidentes que afecten directamente al trabajador y a la economía de la empresa.

El desarrollo del presente trabajo se inició con la realización del diagnóstico de la situación actual de la empresa en materia de seguridad y salud ocupacional; con la finalidad de conocer los elementos con los que ya se contaban, los que deben ser mejorados y aquellos que aún no se han implementado, adicionalmente se aplicó una encuesta a los trabajadores.

Luego procedimos a definir las políticas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, objetivos y metas, asimismo se definieron responsabilidades, derechos y obligaciones de cada miembro de la organización. Posteriormente realizamos la identificación de peligros y riesgos, elaborando las matrices y los mapas de riesgos correspondientes, los cuales serán fundamentales para los pasos siguientes; se elaboró el IPER de los puestos de trabajo, para poder aplicar controles a las actividades críticas de acuerdo a los peligros.

Posteriormente, se revisó y actualizó el reglamento interno de seguridad y salud ocupacional, elaborando un programa anual, registros y procedimientos necesarios para que la empresa cumpla con los requisitos establecidos en la ley, quedando en sus manos la decisión de implementar y velar por su cumplimento y mejora continua. Con la información obtenida de la empresa procedimos a analizar las estadísticas de accidentes y días perdidos, con estos datos realizamos un pronóstico de ocurrencias para el año 2018 y luego un análisis económico de la propuesta de implementación del SGSST; como resultado de este análisis a la empresa le generaría un ahorro de S/. 13387.52 soles al año.

Then we proceeded to define the occupational health and safety policy, objectives and goals, and define responsibilities, rights and obligations of each member of the organization. Later we carry out the identification of hazards and risks, elaborating the matrices and the maps of corresponding risks, which will be fundamental for the following steps; the IPER of the jobs was elaborated, to be able to apply controls to the critical activities according to the significant dangers. Subsequently, the internal regulations on occupational health and safety will be reviewed and updated, we will prepare an annual program, records and procedures necessary for the company to comply with the requirements established in the law, being in their hands the decision to implement and ensure compliance continuous improvement. With the information obtained from the company we proceeded to analyze the statistics of accidents and lost days, with these data we made an occurrence forecast for the year 2018 and then an economic analysis of the proposed implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety System, and as a result of this analysis to the company Industrias Verlim EIRL it would generate a saving of S /. 13 387.52 soles.
