Teoría de restricciones en la empresa Servicios Turísticos el Rancho S.A.C. para aumentar la productividad

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación se realizó en la empresa Servicios Turísticos El Rancho S.A.C. con el objetivo de obtener información financiera precisa, que nos permita tomar decisiones eficaces en cualquier momento de acuerdo a los cambios que presenta el mercado. Se trata de una investigación de nivel aplicada, descriptiva en su metodología y de diseño no experimental. Contiene cuatro objetivos específicos desarrollados de manera continua de diciembre de2018 a marzo de 2019. El primer objetivo Calcular el nivel de productividad actual de la empresa, el segundo objetivo Determinar los Throughputs de cada producto y los gastos operativos, el tercer objetivo Calcular los nuevos niveles de productividad (mes febrero 2019). El cuarto objetivo, Comparar la productividad actual con la anterior, antes y después de aplicar la contabilidad Throughput. Se determinaron indicadores de procesos de utilidad real (y no en libros como lo hace la contabilidad de costos tradicional) en cualquier momento, para desarrollar políticas de bonificaciones, optimización de precios, ofertas adicionales que permitan incrementar los niveles de ventas, de tal manera que la empresa maximice sus utilidades “hoy y siempre”. Además, permitirá a la empresa la toma de decisiones financieras más eficaces y ser una organización más competitiva. Finalmente, el nivel de productividad en el mes de febrero de 2019 se incrementó en 20.30% con respecto a diciembre de 2018 y en de marzo 2019 aumentó 1.88% respecto a febrero de 2019.

The present research work was carried out in the company SERVICIOS TURÍSTICOS EL RANCHO S.A.C. in order to obtain accurate financial information, which allows us to make decisions effectively at any time in accordance to the different changes that appear in the market. This fits the characteristics of a research of applied level, descriptive in its methodology and non-experimental design.

Three specific objectives were developed continuously, to through the study period (December 2018 - March 2019), as the first objective, the current level of productivity of the company was determined (month December 2018), the second objective was to apply accounting Throughput of the theory of restrictions, to determine the new levels of productivity (month February 2019). As a third objective, the variation in the level of productivity, before and after applying accounting Throughput in the company in question. The present investigation allowed to have indicators of real utility processes (and not in books as traditional cost accounting does) in any moment, so that you can develop bonus policies, lowering prices, additional offers, so that we can get more of sales. In this way, the company earns money ““today and always““, in addition that will make it easier to make financial decisions efficiently, in order to compete properly.

Finally, it was determined that the level of productivity increased in the month of February 2019 with respect to December 2018, at 20.30%., likewise the increase in the month of March 2019 with respect to the month of February 2019, in a 1.88%.
