Centro de reuniones con hospedaje en contexto playa puerto Morín

Abstract

El objetivo principal de esta investigación es elaborar un proyecto arquitectónico para el Diseño de un Centro de Reuniones con Hospedaje en Zona de Playa (Infraestructura Hotelera tipo Resort). La tipología estará compuesta por una simbiosis de personas, infraestructura habitacional, de recreación; adicionalmente se combinarán con espacios complementarios que ofrecen servicios de reunión, de capacitación y negocios, con espacios especializados para gastronomía, comercio, recreación y ocio. El concepto de Hotel frente al mar para vacacionar en familia, pareja o individualmente, con las comodidades que las habitaciones e instalaciones de un Hotel 5 Estrellas ofrece, además del disfrute del mar, el panorama y de los servicios múltiples. Además de todo lo descrito, se podrás deleitar de una gran gama de opciones gastronómicas y recreativas en la playa y el mar, como por ejemplo deportes acuáticos, paseos en Lancha, pesca acuícola, avistamiento de animales marinos, paseos en cuatrimotos, entre otras actividades. La propuesta se resume en: VACACIONES o NEGOCIOS en Paisajes de Playa e Historia, Gastronomía Peruana, con una amplia gama de servicios complementarios

The main objective of this research is to develop an architectural project for the Design of a Meeting Center with Accommodation in a Beach Area (Resort-type Hotel Infrastructure). The typology will be composed of a symbiosis of people, housing infrastructure, recreation; additionally, they will be combined with complementary spaces that offer meeting, training and business services, with specialized spaces for gastronomy, commerce, recreation and leisure. The concept of Hotel in front of the sea to vacation with family, couple or individually, with the comforts that the rooms and facilities of a 5-Star Hotel offer, in addition to the enjoyment of the sea, the panorama and the multiple services. In addition to everything described, you can enjoy a wide range of gastronomic and recreational options on the beach and at the sea, such as water sports, boat rides, aquaculture fishing, marine animal watching, ATV rides, among other activities. The proposal is summarized in: HOLIDAYS or BUSINESS in Beach Landscapes and History, Peruvian Gastronomy, with a wide range of complementary services.
