Auditoría operativa y su repercusión en la gestión del área de almacén de la Empresa El Chalán SAC – Piura 2020

Abstract

La presente tesis tuvo como objetivo determinar la repercusión de la auditoría operativa en la gestión del área de almacén de la empresa El Chalán S.AC. - Piura 2020. Se aplicó un diseño de contrastación tipo correlacional; teniendo como unidad de análisis los procesos vinculados al área de almacén de la entidad, los cuales permitieron conocer la gestión de órdenes de pedido, control de almacén y rotación de inventario del periodo analizado. Además, se recolectaron datos adicionales con la finalidad de comprender la situación actual de la gestión del almacén empleando de instrumento el cuestionario, el cual se aplicó a los 3 gerentes la Empresa El Chalán SAC. Los resultados revelaron que el planteamiento, ejecución e informe de la auditoría repercuten significativamente en la gestión de almacén, pues a través del se identificó que existe un considerable número de hallazgos para aplicar las respectivas medidas de mejora. Según la tabla 43 se obtuvo que los inventarios tardan 4.16 veces en salir del almacén, debido a la disminución de ventas frente a la actual emergencia sanitaria COVID 19. De la misma manera, la tabla 43 nos indica que el promedio de periodo de inventario refleja que cada 87.66 días se renueva el stock de mercadería. Finalmente se concluye que La Auditoría Operativa repercute positivamente en la gestión del área de Almacén de la empresa El Chalán S.A.C. - Piura 2020.

The objective of this thesis was to determine the impact of the operational audit on the management of the warehouse area of the company El Chalán S.AC. - Piura 2020. A correlational type contrast design was applied; having as the unit of analysis the processes linked to the entity's warehouse area, which allowed to know the management of order orders, warehouse control and inventory rotation of the period analyzed. In addition, additional data were collected in order to understand the current situation of warehouse management using the questionnaire as an instrument, which was applied to the 3 managers of the El Chalán SAC Company. The results revealed that the approach, execution and report of the audit have a significant impact on warehouse management, since through it it was identified that there is a considerable number of findings to apply the respective improvement measures. According to table 43, it was obtained that inventories take 4.16 times to leave the warehouse, due to the decrease in sales in the face of the current health emergency COVID 19. In the same way, table 43 indicates that the average inventory period reflects that every 87.66 days the stock of merchandise is renewed. Finally, it is concluded that the Operational Audit has a positive impact on the management of the Warehouse area of the company El Chalán S.A.C. - Piura 2020.
