Control interno y gestión administrativa en la empresa Hortifrut Perú-Trujillo, 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación, tuvo como objetivo general: Determinar la relación que existe entre la evaluación del control interno y la gestión administrativa de la empresa Hortifrut Perú de Trujillo en el año 2021. Presentó un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo básico, con un diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y correlacional, como instrumento de recolección de datos se utilizó al cuestionario, con un total de 20 ítems para cada variable, la población de estudio estuvo constituida por 134 trabajadores del área administrativa de la empresa, se utilizó el muestreo por conveniencia, tomando al número total de la población, es decir a todos los trabajadores del área administrativa durante el periodo 2021. El análisis de datos se realizó, mediante el software IBM Statistics versión 25, para ello se utilizó una estadística descriptiva e inferencial, para determinar el nivel de las variables control interno y gestión administrativa, con la prueba estadística de Chi Cuadrado se pudo calcular que el valor de Chi-cuadrado de Pearson es menor que el nivel de significancia (0.000<0.05), por lo tanto, se concluye en rechazar la hipótesis nula H0, y aceptar la H1 (hipótesis alterna), posterior al procesamiento de la información se concluyó que: la relación que existe entre el control interno y la gestión administrativa de la empresa, siendo de 0.923 puntos, catalogada en la escala de Pearson como una Correlación positiva muy fuerte.

The present research had the general objective of: Determining the relationship that exists between the evaluation of internal control and the administrative management of the company Hortifrut Perú de Trujillo in the year 2021. It presented a quantitative approach of a basic type, with a non-experimental design, cross-sectional and correlational, as a data collection instrument, the questionnaire was used, with a total of 20 items for each variable, the study population consisted of 134 workers from the administrative area of the company, convenience sampling was taken, taking the total number of the population, that is, all workers in the administrative area during the 2021 period. The data analysis was carried out, using the IBM Statistics version 25 software, for this, descriptive and inferential statistics were used to determine the level of the variables internal control and administrative management, with the statistical test of Chi Square it was possible to calculate r that Pearson's Chi-square value is less than the significance level (0.000 <0.05), therefore, it is concluded in rejecting the null hypothesis H0, and accepting H1 (alternative hypothesis), after processing the information It was concluded that: the relationship between internal control and administrative management of the company, being 0.923 points, classified on the Pearson scale as a very strong positive correlation.
