dc.description.abstractLa siguiente investigación tiene la finalidad de establecer la diferencia del Síndrome de Burnout entre médicos y enfermeras que atienden pacientes Covid-19 en un hospital del ministerio de salud de Piura. Se evaluó a 197 personas entre médicos y enfermeras de un hospital del ministerio de salud de Piura, a quiénes se les administró el Cuestionario de Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), de Maslach y Jackson (adaptación peruana por Ilaja v; Sarriá c. Y García p.). Los resultados indican que dado el nivel de significancia es superior al 0.05 (p=0.909) podemos asegurar que no existe evidencia estadística suficiente para afirmar una diferencia del Síndrome de Burnout en la población de estudio. Así mismo en ambos grupos el burnout es alto, en las enfermeras llega al 93.7% y en los médicos al 94.1%, porcentajes muy similares donde se observa claramente que no existe diferencias entre enfermeros y médicos.es_PE
dc.description.abstractThe following research aims to establish the difference between Syndrome of Burnout on doctors and nurses who treat Covid-19 patients in a hospital from the Ministry of Health in Piura. In this way 197 people were evaluated, including doctors and nurses from a hospital of the Ministry of Health in Piura, who were administered the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) Questionnaire, by Maslach and Jackson (Peruvian adaptation by Ilaja v; Sarriá c. Y García p.). The results indicate that given the level of significance is higher than 0.05 (p = 0.909) we can assure that there is not enough statistical evidence to affirm a difference in Syndrome of Burnout between doctors and nurses who treat Covid-19 patients in a hospital from the Ministry of Health in Piura. Likewise, in both groups Syndrome of Burnout is high, in nurses it reaches 93.7% and in doctors 94.1%, very similar percentages where it is clearly observed that there are no differences between nurses and doctors.en_US
