dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de proponer un programa de socialización de la filosofía institucional para mejorar la cultura organizacional de Anta Spa de la ciudad de Trujillo, 2022. Usando una muestra no probabilística por conveniencia de 21 trabajadores para su análisis, se trabajó con una metodología no experimental con método inductivo por medio de la recopilación, análisis y presentación de datos. El diseño de investigación fue de tipo aplicada descriptivo de corte transversal, porque se estudió ambas variables sobre un determinado tiempo. Asimismo, se utilizaron como técnicas de recolección de datos a la encuesta y la entrevista y, como instrumentos, el cuestionario y la guía de entrevista, respectivamente. La investigación no contó con hipótesis por ser de tipo descriptivo, por tanto, se propuso un programa de socialización para dar respuesta al objetivo principal. Con los resultados obtenidos, se concluye que el programa de socialización propuesto contribuirá a la efectividad de una buena filosofía institucional por parte de la empresa y una correcta percepción de cultura organizacional por parte de los colaboradores, indicando que la empresa realiza una gestión oportuna de sus recursos humanos al otorgarles las condiciones adecuadas para desarrollar sus actividades.es_PE
dc.description.abstractThe present investigation was carried out with the objective of proposing a socialization program of the institutional philosophy to improve the organizational culture of Anta Spa in the city of Trujillo, 2022. Using a non-probabilistic convenience sample of 21 workers for its analysis, we worked with a non experimental methodology with an inductive method through the collection, analysis and presentation of data. The research design was of the applied descriptive cross-sectional type, because both variables were studied over a certain time. Likewise, the survey and the interview were used as data collection techniques and, as instruments, the questionnaire and the interview guide, respectively. The research did not have hypotheses because it is descriptive, therefore a socialization program was proposed to respond to the main objective.
