dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación de tipo sustantiva y con diseño descriptivo correlacional,
tuvo por finalidad determinar la relación entre engagement y justicia organizacional en
trabajadores de una empresa minera de La Libertad, para ello, se trabajó con una población
censal de 61 trabajadores pertenecientes a dicha empresa minera, con edades entre los 21 y
47 años, de ambos sexos y con contrato vigente durante el año 2022, a quienes se les evaluó
a través de dos instrumentos, la Escala Utrecht de Engagement UWES – 17 de Schaufeli y
Bakker, y la Escala de Justicia Organizacional de Colquitt. Los resultados mostraron que la
mayoría de los evaluados alcanzan un nivel medio de engagement (57.5%) y un nivel alto
de justicia organizacional (84.5%), además, se obtuvo que, entre las dos variables, existe una
correlación muy significativa y con tamaño de efecto alto (rho= .720; p<.01). Se concluye
que un alto nivel de engagement se relaciona con un alto nivel de justicia organizacional y

dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this substantive investigation with a descriptive correlational design
was to determine the relationship between engagement and organizational justice in workers
of a mining company in La Libertad, for this purpose, we worked with a census population
of 61 workers belonging to said mining company, aged between 21 and 47, of both sexes
and with a valid contract during the year 2022, who were evaluated using two instruments,
the Utrecht Scale of Engagement UWES – 17 by Schaufeli and Bakker, and the Scale
Colquitt Organizational Justice. The results showed that the majority of those evaluated
reached a medium level of engagement (57.5%) and a high level of organizational justice
(84.5%), in addition, it was obtained that, between both variables, there is a very significant
