El requisito previo de contraseña registral en la transferencia de propiedad

Abstract

La presente tesis tiene como objetivo el poder brindar una mayor información respecto al desarrollo del sistema registral peruano, para así establecer la importancia de la seguridad jurídica efectiva que brinda Registros Públicos en nuestro país. Se abordará de qué manera esta seguridad jurídica viene siendo afectada, perjudicando a los propietarios con su derecho inscrito, a los ciudadanos que confían en la certeza de Registros. Se analizara también los actuales mecanismos de seguridad que buscan garantizar la seguridad jurídica; con el fin de establecer un nuevo mecanismo, el requisito previo de contraseña registral en la transferencia de la propiedad.

This thesis aims to provide more information regarding the development of the Peruvian registry system, in order to establish the importance of effective legal security provided by Public Registries in our country. It will be addressed in what way this legal security is being affected, harming the owners with their registered right, to the citizens who trust in the certainty of Records. It will also analyze current security mechanisms that seek to ensure legal security; In order to establish a new mechanism, the prerequisite password registration in the transfer of ownership.
