Relación entre la funcionalidad familiar y la asistencia a la psicoprofilaxis obstétrica en gestantes del Hospital Tomas Lafora de Guadalupe, 2023
Abstract
La presente investigación se ejecutó con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre
la funcionalidad familiar y la asistencia a psicoprofilaxis obstétrica del Hospital Tomas
Lafora de Guadalupe, 2023. Es de tipo relacional descriptivo y no experimental, cuya
muestra fue de 85 gestantes con edad gestacional mayor a 20 semanas a quienes
se les aplicó el Test de Apgar Familiar de Smilkstein para medir el nivel de
funcionalidad familiar. Se encontró que el 44.7% de gestantes tenían entre 24 a 30
años, el 78.8% eran convivientes, el 63.5% poseían grado de instrucción secundaria,
el 71.8% procedían del área urbana, el 30.6% eran nulíparas y el 54.1% realizaron
entre 4-6 controles prenatales. También, se percibió que el 4.8% que presentaron
funcionalidad familiar acudieron al servicio de psicoprofilaxis obstétrica, el 27.9%
acudieron al servicio de psicoprofilaxis obstétrica y no presentaron funcionalidad
familiar; además, se encontró que la diferencia entre la prevalencia de gestantes que
acudieron a psicoprofilaxis obstétrica con funcionalidad familiar y aquellas que
acuden a psicoprofilaxis sin funcionalidad familiar fue del 71.4%. En conclusión,
prevalece relación entre la funcionalidad familiar y la asistencia a la psicoprofilaxis
obstétrica en las gestantes The present investigation was carried out with the objective of determining the
relationship between family functionality and attendance at obstetric
psychoprophylaxis at the Tomas Lafora Hospital in Guadalupe, 2023. It is of a
descriptive and non-experimental relational type, whose sample was 85 pregnant
women with a higher gestational age. at 20 weeks to whom the Smilkstein Family
Apgar Test was applied to measure the level of family functionality. It was found that
44.7% of pregnant women were between 24 and 30 years old, 78.8% were
cohabitants, 63.5% had a secondary education degree, 71.8% came from urban
areas, 30.6% were nulliparous and 54.1% performed between 4 -6 prenatal
checkups. Also, it was noted that 4.8% who presented family functionality went to
the obstetric psychoprophylaxis service, 27.9% went to the obstetric
psychoprophylaxis service and did not present family functionality; Furthermore, it
was found that the difference between the prevalence of pregnant women who
attended obstetric psychoprophylaxis with family functionality and those who
attended psychoprophylaxis without family functionality was 71.4%. In conclusion,
a relationship prevails between family functionality and attendance to obstetric
psychoprophylaxis in pregnant women
