Sistema informático web de gestión de incidencias usando el framework AngularJS y Node.js para la empresa Redteam Software LLC

Abstract

This thesis is developed under the problematic identified in the process of incident management of the company RedTeam Software LLC, in which was identified how main problem a delay or inattention incidents and the need of increment the customer satisfaction with reported incidents solution. The present work has as purpose offer a solution with a development of information system web using the frameworks AngularJS and NodeJs to management incidents for the Company Redteam Software LLC, for this the current situation of the incident management process was analyzed for the purpose of identify the main requirements which then will be the base for the development of this work For Development was used the methodology ICONIX, this permitted have a development agile and fast showing the analysis, design and implementation of the informatics system web.

La presente tesis se desarrolla bajo la realidad problemática identificada en el proceso de gestión de incidencias de la empresa RedTeam Software LLC, en la cual se identificó como principal problema la demora o falta de atención de incidencias y la necesidad de tener una mayor satisfacción del cliente en la solución de incidencias reportadas. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo brindar una solución mediante el desarrollo de un sistema de información web utilizando los Frameworks AngularJS y NodeJS para la gestión de Incidencias de la empresa RedTeam Software LLC, para esto se analizó la situación actual del proceso de gestión de incidencias con la finalidad de identificar los requerimientos principales que luego serían base para el desarrollo de este trabajo. Para el desarrollo se usó la metodología ICONIX lo que permitió tener un desarrollo ágil y rápido mostrando el análisis, diseño e implementación del sistema de información web.
