Funcionamiento familiar y nivel de ansiedad en adolescentes primigestas. Centro Materno Infantil el Bosque – Trujillo 2017

Abstract

El presente estudio de investigación de tipo descriptivo-correlacional de corte transversal; se realizó en el Centro Materno Infantil “El Bosque”, durante los meses de diciembre del 2017 a febrero del 2018, con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre funcionamiento familiar y nivel de ansiedad en adolescentes primigestas. El universo muestral estuvo conformada por 30 adolescentes primigestas. Para la recolección de los datos se utilizaron los instrumentos: Escala de Evaluación de la Cohesión y Adaptabilidad Familiar de Olson, Portner y Bell (1978) y el Test de GADI de Alonso Fernández (1998) ambos adaptados por las autoras, obteniendo la confiabilidad 0.77 y 0.90 respectivamente, la información fue procesada y analizada mediante: la Prueba Estadística de Independencia de Criterios Chi Cuadrado (X2). Así mismo, la investigación se fundamenta con el Modelo de Afrontamiento y Adaptación de Callista Roy (1964). Los resultados muestran que el 50% de las adolescentes primigestas tienen un funcionamiento familiar bajo, 40% medio y 10% alto; el 10 % de ellas tienen nivel de ansiedad bajo, 50% normal, 37% alto y 3% muy alto. Existe relación estadística significativa entre ambas variables investigadas, demostrando que cuando el funcionamiento familiar es alto el nivel de ansiedad en las adolescentes primigestas es bajo (p<0.01).

The present study of investigation is of descriptive type - correlacional of transverse court; it was realized in the Mother Infantile Center “El Bosque “, during December, 2017 to February, 2018, with the objective of determining the relationship between family functioning and adolescent primigravid anxiety level. The sample universe was formed by 30 teenage primigravid. Was used for the data collection instruments: Cohesion evaluation scale and adaptability family of Olson, Portner and Bell (1978) and the Test of GADI of Alonso Fernández (1998) both adapted by the authors, yielding 0.77 and 0.90 reliability, respectively, the information was processed and analyzed by: the test statistic of independence of criteria Chi square (X 2). Likewise, the research is based with the model of coping and adaptation of Callista Roy (1964). The results show that 50% of the adolescents primigravid have a family run low, 40% medium and 10% higher; 50% of them have normal anxiety level, 10% low, 37% high and 3% very high. There is a significant statistical relationship between both variables investigated, demonstrating that when the family functioning is high level of anxiety in the adolescent primigravid is low (p<0.01).
