Nivel de motivación y desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de Distribuidora Gallo SAC en el distrito de Trujillo 2016

Abstract

El presente estudio se ha realizado con el propósito de establecer la relación que existe entre el nivel de motivación y nivel de desempeño laboral de los trabajadores en Distribuidora Gallo S.A.C en el distrito de Trujillo 2016. El problema formulado para la investigación fue: ¿Cuál es la relación que existe entre el nivel de motivación y el nivel de desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de Distribuidora Gallo S.A.C en el distrito de Trujillo en el 2016?.Y se te tuvo como hipótesis:Existe una relación directa entre el nivel de motivación y el nivel de desempeño laboral en los trabajadores de Distribuidora Gallo S.A.C, en el distrito de Trujillo 2016. Como objetivos específicos: Evaluar el nivel de motivación de los trabajadores de Distribuidora Gallo S.A.C en el distrito de Trujillo 2016, evaluar el nivel de desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de Distribuidora Gallo S.A.C. en el distrito de Trujillo 2016, establecer la relación que existe entre las variables del estudio.La población sujeto a estudio, estuvo conformada por los todos los trabajadores de empresa Distribuidora Gallo S.A.C en la ciudad de Trujillo, siendo en total 29 personas,con una muestra de tipo no probabilístico y estuvo constituida por el total poblacional ya que tienen una población reducida y específica .El diseño de la investigación utilizado fue correlacional de corte transversal, en cuanto a las técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos se utilizó la encuesta. La conclusión a la que se llego fue:Hay suficiente evidencia para demostrar que existe una relación directa entre el nivel de motivación y el nivel de desempeño laboral en los trabajadores de Distribuidora Gallo S.A.C, en el distrito de Trujillo 2016.

The present study was carried out with the purpose of establishing the relationship that exists between the level of motivation and level of work performance of the workers in Distribuidora Gallo SAC in the district of Trujillo 2016. As specific objectives: To evaluate the level of motivation of the workers of Distribuidora Gallo SAC in the district of Trujillo 2016, to evaluate the level of work performance of the workers of Distribuidora Gallo SAC In the district of Trujillo 2016, to establish the relationship that exists between the variables of the study. The population subject to study was conformed by all the workers of company Distribuidora Gallo SAC in the city of Trujillo, being a total of 29 people, with a Sample of non-probabilistas type and was constituted by the total population since they have a reduced and specific population. The research design used was correlational cross-sectional, as far as techniques and instruments of data collection was used the survey. The conclusion reached was that there is enough evidence to show that there is a direct relationship between the level of motivation and the level of work performance in the workers of Distribuidora Gallo S.A.C in the district of Trujillo 2016.
