Aplicación del retroarrendamiento financiero y su incidencia en la disponibilidad de efectivo de la empresa Transportes Corazón de Jesús, S.A.C, Trujillo, 2017

Abstract

La presente investigación, tiene como objetivo general busca demostrar que la aplicación del retroarrendamiento financiero incidió en la mejora de la disponibilidad de efectivo de la empresa Transportes Corazón de Jesús S.A.C., Trujillo, 2017 y por el cual se realizaron distintas procesos, desde la recopilación del material bibliográfico; la revisión, elaboración y análisis de Estados Financieros hasta el procesamiento de los datos obtenidos del análisis de los resultados el cual integra las variables de acuerdo al problema planteado. El tipo de nuestra investigación es explicativa, por lo tanto, se investigó las causas y efectos, al igual que la relación de las variables, y en qué condiciones se desarrolló la situación en estudio. La unidad de análisis es el contrato de retroarrendamiento financiero, documentos contables y estados financieros de la empresa. Para la realización de esta investigación se obtuvo información a través de la aplicación de una entrevista y análisis a los estados financieros de la empresa. Finalmente, se pudo concluir a través de los resultados, que el retroarrendamiento financiero nos permite reducir nuestras deudas y mejor aún poder afrontarla a corto plazo, solventando los gastos realizados y así tener mayor liquidez.

This research, general objective seeks to prove that the application of the retro leasing finance played a role in the improvement of the availability of cash from the company transport heart of Jesus S.A.C., Trujillo, 2017. Retro leasing played a role in the improvement of the availability of cash from the company Transportes Corazón de Jesús S.A.C., Trujillo, 2017 and by which various stages were from the collection of bibliographic material, review preparation and analysis of financial statements until the processing of the data obtained from the analysis of the results which integrates the variables according to the problem raised. The research type is explanatory, depending on the nature of the problem, therefore, investigated the causes and effects, as well as the relationship of the variables, and under what conditions the situation developed in the study. The unit of analysis in this research was the retro leasing contract bearing, taking as a sign a contract of retro leasing, which allowed the evaluation of the availability of cash from the company. For this investigation, information was obtained through the application of an interview and analysis to the financial statements of the company. Could finally be concluded through the results, that retro leasing allows us to reduce our debts and better yet can deal with it in the short term, resolving expenses and thus have greater liquidity.
