Información que brinda la enfermera y nivel de ansiedad del paciente en el preoperatorio. Hospital Belén de Trujillo 2018.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación de tipo descriptivo, correlacional de corte trasversal, se realizó en pacientes en la etapa preoperatorio en el servicio de cirugía del hospital Belén de Trujillo en el año 2018 (Enero, Febrero, Marzo), con la finalidad de determinar la relación entre el nivel de información y el nivel de ansiedad del paciente en la etapa pre operatoria. El universo muestral estuvo constituido por 51 pacientes que cumplieron los criterios de inclusión, los instrumentos utilizados fueron: Escala de Ansiedad y un Cuestionario sobre la información que brinda la enfermera, llegando a las siguientes conclusiones: el 60% de pacientes presentaron una buena información, el 40% de pacientes presento una regular información. En cuanto al nivel de ansiedad se obtuvo que el 64% de los pacientes presentaron un nivel de ansiedad leve, el 22% un nivel de ansiedad moderada, el 13.3% un nivel de ansiedad grave. Así mismo se demostró que existe una relación altamente significativa entre la información y el nivel de ansiedad del paciente en etapa pre operatoria, el 88.9% un buen nivel de información y un nivel de ansiedad leve, el 11,1% un buen nivel de información y un nivel de ansiedad moderada aplicando la prueba estadística de independencia de criterios Chi cuadrado p=0.000.

The present work of descriptive, cross-sectional correlational type research was performed in patients in the preoperative stage in the surgery service of Hospital Belen de Trujillo 2018 ( January, February March) , in order to determine the relationship between the level of information and the level of patient anxiety in the pre-operative stage.
