Evaluación de parámetros de control obligatorio en sistemas de agua potable de la zona urbana y rural del distrito de san juan - Cajamarca 2018

Abstract

La presente investigación está referida a la evaluación de control obligatorio de los sistemas de agua potable del distrito de San Juan, 2018.El propósito de la presente investigación consiste en conocer que parámetros de control obligatorio cumplen los SAP (sistemas de agua potable) del distrito de San Juan, estos parámetros deben cumplir en todos los SAP como mínimo según reglamento y para que sean integrales y cumplan con brindar agua potable de calidad. Se realizó la toma de muestras de los 4 sistemas de agua potable, de forma aleatoria, la toma ser hará a la salida de los reservorios, para el análisis de agua respectivo, después de obtener los resultados se implementó los instrumentos de gestión (capacitaciones, kits de limpiezas a las JASS y mantenimiento de las estructuras) y se compara con los parámetros de control obligatorio del reglamento de la calidad del agua para el consumo humano DS N°031-2010-SA.Se hizo la comparación en tablas dinámicas donde se evidencia claramente que luego de implementar los instrumentos de gestión se hizo que cumplieran con más parámetros; donde de los 24 parámetros de control obligatorio los 4 SAP cumplían 15 parámetros y luego de implementar los instrumentos de gestión se hizo cumplir 20 de los 24 parámetros de control obligatorio, sin duda alguna es primordial la administración operación y mantenimiento de la estructuras de los SAP, debido a que si no hay una buena administración del servicio que brindan, sumado al mal estado de las estructuras es evidente que estos parámetros de control obligatorio no cumplen para que doten de agua potable de calidad y que repercute directamente en la salud y la calidad de vida de los usuarios que la ingieren.

The present investigation is related to the mandatory control evaluation of the potable water systems of San Juan district, 2018. The purpose of the present investigation is to know what parameters of mandatory control comply with the SAP (potable water systems) of the district of San Juan, these parameters must be met in all SAPs at a minimum so that the sanitation projects are comprehensive and comply with providing quality drinking water. Sampling of the 4 drinking water systems was carried out, randomly, the sampling will be done at the exit of the reservoirs, for the respective water analysis, after obtaining the results, the management instruments (training and cleaning kits to the JASS) and compared with the mandatory control parameters of the water quality regulation for human consumption DS N ° 031-2010-SA.The comparison of results was done in the Excel program with dynamic tables where it is clearly evident that after implementing the management instruments they were made to comply with more parameters; where of the 24 mandatory control parameters the 4 SAPs met 15 parameters and after implementing the management instruments 20 of the 24 mandatory control parameters were enforced, without any doubt the administration and maintenance of the SAP structures is paramount , because if there is no good administration of the service they provide, added to the poor state of the structures, it is evident that these mandatory control parameters do not meet to provide quality drinking water that directly affects health and quality of users who ingest it.
