Aplicación de un sistema experto para apoyar el proceso de identificación de la orientación vocacional en estudiantes de educación secundaria del 5to año del colegio Dante Alighieri en el año 2018

Abstract

La psicología es una herramienta muy útil para ayudar a las personas en la elección de una carrera profesional, los test psicológicos son instrumentos muy conocidos para la evaluación psicológica, si bien es una tarea larga y costosa, gracias a la tecnología y específicamente el área de la inteligencia artificial y sistemas expertos, todo el proceso puede ser automatizado de tal manera que el sistema experto pueda realizar el análisis del test psicológico. La presente investigación tiene como propósito demostrar la eficiencia y eficacia en la aplicación de un Sistema Experto para el apoyo de la orientación vocacional, basado en el Test de psicólogas Malca de Goldenberg y Magali Merchán.el cual permitió apoyar la orientación vocacional de 140 estudiantes del centro educativo parroquial “Dante Alighieri” 2018, El presente estudio fue de tipo experimental, según su régimen de orientación es una investigación aplicada, con diseño transversal , el instrumento aplicado fue el sistema experto el cual estuvo desarrollado siguiendo las etapas de análisis y comprensión del proceso de identificación de la orientación vocacional de una persona y el análisis y comprensión del sistema experto. El Sistema Experto desarrollado presentó una eficiencia de 100%, una especificidad de 100 % y sensibilidad de 100%, brindándonos la confiabilidad para poder utilizarlo. Así mismo permitió reducir de manera altamente significativa (t=90.863; p<.01) el tiempo de procesamiento de los test, esto debido a que la revisión y calificación se realiza de manera automática por el sistema Experto.

Psychology is a very useful tool to help people in the choice of a career, psychological tests are well-known instruments for psychological evaluation, although it is a long and expensive task, thanks to technology and specifically the area of artificial intelligence and expert systems, the whole process can be automated in such a way that the expert system can perform the analysis of the psychological test. The purpose of this research is to demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness in the application of an Expert System for the support of vocational guidance, based on the Test of psychologists Malca de Goldenberg and Magali Merchán. It allowed to support the vocational guidance of 140 students of the parish educational center “Dante Alighieri“ 2018, This study was experimental type, according to its orientation regime is an applied research, with transversal design, the applied instrument was the expert system which was developed following the stages of analysis and understanding of the process of identifying the vocational orientation of a person and the analysis and understanding of the expert system. The developed Expert System presented an efficiency of 100%, a specificity of 100% and sensitivity of 100%, giving us the reliability to be able to use it. Likewise it allowed to reduce in a highly significant way (t = 90.863; p <.01) the time of processing of the tests, this because the review and qualification is done automatically by the Expert system.
