dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de esta tesis fue evaluar el efecto de la adición de proteína purificada de pescado, sobre el comportamiento productivo y rentabilidad económica en dietas de cerdos post destete. Se utilizo 20 lechones machos de 30 días de edad, provenientes de cerdos mejorados, los mismos fueron alojados en sus respectivos corrales, donde recibieron las mismas condiciones de ambiente y manejo. Los animales fueron distribuidos a través de un diseño de bloques completos al azar, con cuatro tratamientos y cinco repeticiones, el factor de bloqueo fue el peso al inicio del experimento, cada unidad experimental estuvo compuesta por un cerdo. Las dietas fueron formuladas para atender las necesidades nutricionales de los cerdos con el mismo valor nutricional y energético. Los resultados fueron analizados a través del análisis de varianza y los promedios comparados por la prueba de Tukey. Existiendo diferencia significativa (p<0.05) en los tratamientos que se adicionaron la proteína purificada de pescado sobre la dieta base; dándose una mayor ganancia diaria de peso (GDP, g) y mejor índice de conversión alimenticia (ICA, g/g) y no existiendo diferencia significativa (p>0.05) entre el consumo de alimento en los tratamientos que se adicionaron la proteína purificada de pescado. Las mayores rentabilidades se obtuvieron con dieta que adicionaron 2% y 3% de proteína purificada de pescado. La adición de proteína purificada de pescado en dietas de cerdos mejora la ganancia de peso y la rentabilidad económica.es_PE
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this thesis was to evaluate the effect of the addition of purified fish protein on the productive performance and economic profitability in pig diets after weaning. We used 20 male pigs of 30 days of age, from improved pigs, they were housed in their respective pens, where they received the same conditions of environment and management. The animals were distributed through a randomized complete block design, with four treatments and five repetitions, the blocking factor was the weight at the beginning of the experiment, each experimental unit was composed of a pig. The diets were formulated to meet the nutritional needs of pigs with the same nutritional and energetic value. The results were analyzed through the analysis of variance and the averages compared by the Tukey test. The animals were distributed through a randomized complete block design, with four treatments and five repetitions, the blocking factor was the weight beginning of the experiment, each experimental unit was composed of a pig. The diets were formulated to meet the nutritional needs of pigs with the same nutritional and energetic value. The results were analyzed through the analysis of variance and the averages compared by the Tukey test. There was a significant difference (p <0.05) in the treatments that he added the purified fish protein on the base diet; giving a greater daily weight gain (GDP, g) and better feed conversion ratio (ICA, g / g) and there being no significant difference (p> 0.05) between the consumption of food in the treatments that were added to the purified protein of fish. The highest yields were obtained with diet that added 2% and 3% of purified fish protein. The addition of purified fish protein in pig diets improves weight gain and economic rebate.en_US
