Calidad del cuidado de enfermería según percepción de la madre del neonato hospitalizado en el servicio de neonatología del hospital la caleta, Chimbote 2018

Abstract

La presente investigación del tipo descriptivo transversal fue desarrollada con el objetivo de determinar la calidad del cuidado de enfermería según percepción de la madre del neonato hospitalizado en el servicio de Neonatología del Hospital La Caleta, Chimbote 2018. La muestra estuvo conformada por 50 madres de los neonatos. Se hizo uso del instrumento Care Q, con el cual se pudo evaluar la calidad del cuidado de enfermería, según la percepción de las madres obteniéndose los siguientes resultados: el mayor porcentaje de las madres con neonatos perciben que el cuidado brindado por las enfermeras de neonatología del Hospital la Caleta es regular con 43% seguido de una percepción buena con 31%, y una percepción mala con 26%.

The present investigation of the correlational descriptive type was developed with the objective of determining the quality of nursing care according to the perception of the mother of the neonate hospitalized in the neonatology service of La Caleta hospital, Chimbote 2018. The sample consisted of 50 mothers of the neonates. Was used Care Q instrument, with which it was possible to evaluate the quality of nursing care, according to the mothers' perception, obtaining the following results: the highest percentage of mothers with newborns perceive that the service provided by the nurses of neonatology of the La Caleta Hospital is regular with 43% followed by a high perception good 31%, and a bad perception with 26%.
