Evaluación y plan de mejora de la eficiencia del Sistema de Publicidad Registral (SPR) de la Zona Registral N° V – Sede Trujillo – SUNARP

Abstract

En la actualidad, la Superintendencia Nacional de Registros Públicos cuenta con el Sistema de Publicidad Registral (SPR), desarrollado únicamente en la Sede Central (Lima) y el cual es replicado en las 12 Zonas Registrales en todo el país. La siguiente tesis: “Evaluación y Plan de Mejora de la Eficiencia del Sistema de Publicidad Registral (SPR) de la Zona Registral N° V – Sede Trujillo – SUNARP” desarrollada por las Bachilleres: Fiorella del Carmen Alza Ponce y Nohelia Gissela Vargas Guevara, se realizó debido a las diferencias presentes entre las necesidades de las Zonas Registrales con la Sede Central, por tal motivo nos centramos en la evaluación de la eficiencia del SPR y se propone un plan de mejora que permita seguir una estrategia para eliminar cuellos de botella o puntos débiles del sistema, basado en el enfoque de la norma ISO 25000. En conclusión, la investigación ha permitido determinar que el grado de eficiencia alcanzado por el SPR en la Zona Registral N° V – Sede Trujillo – SUNARP tiene una calificación buena del 40.5%, regular del 19% y mala del 40.5%, con las que se concluye que es aceptable con posibilidad de mejora. Por lo que se propone implantar el plan de mejora para elevar el grado de eficiencia.

In conclusion, the investigation has made it possible to determine that the degree of efficiency achieved by the SPR in the Registry Zone No. V - Trujillo Headquarters - SUNARP has a good rating of 40.5%, regular of 19% and bad of 40.5%, with which It is concluded that it is acceptable with the possibility of improvement. Therefore, it is proposed to implement the improvement plan to increase the degree of efficiency.
