Políticas de seguridad y salud ocupacional para reducir los riesgos laborales en la empresa exportadora El Sol S.A.C en el distrito de San José - provincia de Pacasmayo - 2020

Abstract

El objetivo del estudio de esta tesis fue “Proponer políticas de seguridad y salud ocupacional para reducir los riesgos laborales de la empresa Exportadora El sol S.A.C en el distrito de San José-Provincia de Pacasmayo del año 2020”, con la finalidad de conocer el desempeño de cada trabajador en la ejecución de sus labores dentro de la empresa. Se utilizó el diseño de investigación Aplicativa-descriptiva, las técnicas utilizadas fueron la entrevista y la encuesta, la cual me permitió el recojo de datos e información, los instrumentos utilizados fueron la guía de entrevista y el cuestionario estos fueron creados en base a los objetivos del estudio, fue dirigido a todos los trabajadores de la empresa Exportadora El Sol S.A.C-Sucursal San José, de esta se determinó la muestra que equivale a 20 trabajadores activos. Se desarrolló el análisis estadístico, dando como resultado algunas deficiencias respecto a los principales conocimientos sobre políticas de seguridad y salud ocupacional que la empresa debe tener en cuenta y que muchos de sus trabajadores desconocen, la falta de especificaciones en temas de políticas de seguridad y salud ocupacional en la ejecución de sus actividades, la guía y el material informativo para que se puedan incentivar en el conocimiento respecto al tema, poco conocimiento en el nivel de satisfacción de los trabajadores al realizar sus labores y cuan protegidos se sienten. Además, se estableció la utilización de un buen reglamento en el trabajo con una Propuesta de Políticas de Seguridad y Salud ocupacional la cual se puede obtener nuevos resultados que puedan mejorar el desempeño del trabajador, cambiar su percepción ante la empresa y sobre todo lograr la máxima seguridad que merece el colaborador en su centro de operaciones y desde luego para la empresa prevenir riesgos laborales o en el peor de los casos pérdidas irreparables.

The statistical analysis was developed, resulting in some deficiencies regarding the main knowledge about occupational health and safety policies that the company must take into account and that many of its workers are unaware of, the lack of specifications regarding health and safety policies. occupational in the execution of their activities, the guide and the informative material so that they can be encouraged in the knowledge regarding the subject, little knowledge in the level of satisfaction of the workers when carrying out their work and how protected they feel. In addition, the use of good regulations at work was established with a Proposal for Occupational Health and Safety Policies which can obtain new results that can improve the performance of the worker, change their perception of the company and above all achieve the maximum security that the employee deserves in their operations center and of course for the company to prevent occupational risks or in the worst case irreparable losses.
