Evaluación ergonómica y propuestas para la mejora del desempeño laboral de los tripulantes en las embarcaciones de pesca artesanal de pota y perico de la asociación AAARCUDIPA - Paita

Abstract

La seguridad industrial es de vital importancia, hace que se tenga un buen ambiente de trabajo y permite cumplir las condiciones básicas e indispensables para que el colaborador pueda ejercer sus labores de una manera segura, y también, permite determinar causas de incidentes o accidentes que en algunos casos están ocultos, provocando lesiones al colaborador dentro de la organización. La presente investigación tiene por propósito resolver una de las principales problemáticas que afectan a los tripulantes en el sector pesquero artesanal, trayendo consigo largas faenas laborales con una carga continua de peso o de continuos movimientos, las cuales afectan el desempeño laboral poniendo en riesgo la salud de los colaboradores; en este sentido se direccionó a desarrollar la evaluación ergonómica y proponer mejoras para el buen desempeño laboral de los tripulantes en las embarcaciones de pesca artesanal de la Asociación AAARCUDIPA. Para el alcance de este objetivo trascendió como un estudio aplicado, de diseño no experimental y de nivel explicativo, considerando una muestra de 14 embarcaciones, aplicando instrumentos como Método Check – List OCRA, Método REBA y Método Carga Límite Recomendada por el NIOSH. Determinando que el 86.11% de pescadores presentaron riesgos en la embarcación de pesca y 13.89% no lo presentaron, mientras 72.22% se consolidaron en accidentes laborales, por otro lado, 63.89% presentaron molestias, de la misma manera los métodos CheckList OCRA, REBA y NIOSH confirmaron el alto nivel de riesgo.

Industrial safety is of vital importance, it creates a good work environment and allows the fulfillment of the basic and indispensable conditions for the employee to be able to carry out their work in a safe way, and also allows determining the causes of incidents or accidents that in some cases are hidden, causing injuries to the employee within the organization. The purpose of this research is to solve one of the main problems that affect crew members in the artisanal fishing sector, bringing with it long work tasks with a continuous load of weight or continuous movements, which affect work performance putting health at risk of the collaborators; In this sense, it was directed to develop the ergonomic evaluation and propose improvements for the good work performance of the crew in the artisanal fishing vessels of the AAARCUDIPA Association. For the reach of this objective it transcended as an applied study, of nonexperimental design and explanatory level, considering a sample of 14 boats, applying instruments like Method Check - List OCRA, Method REBA and Method Limit Load Recommended by NIOSH. Determining that 86.11% of fishermen presented risks in the fishing vessel and 13.89% did not present them, while 72.22% were consolidated in labor accidents, on the other hand, 63.89% presented discomfort, in the same way the CheckList OCRA, REBA and NIOSH methods confirmed the high level of risk.
