Propuesta de un diseño de la metodología 5S para incrementar la productividad en el área del almacén de la Municipalidad Provincial de Morropón- Chulucanas

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación actual se centra en una propuesta de diseñar la metodología 5 “S”, que ayudará a incrementar la productividad en el almacén de la Municipalidad Provincial de Morropón Chulucanas, conociendo la situación actual que atraviesa esta entidad pública. La propuesta del diseño, manifiesta la forma de cómo llevar a cabo la herramienta 5 “S”, con el objetivo de evitar tener un área no adecuada, desordenada y totalmente sucia, esto afecta en su totalidad a la entidad pública, sobre todo impide lograr el crecimiento de la productividad del almacén. Se empleó como herramientas: Lista de verificación, recopilación documental, observación directa, entrevistas, cuestionarios, guía de observación y hojas de registro. Esta investigación tiene como primer objetivo determinar el diagnóstico del estado actual del almacén, donde se realizó un análisis actual de la productividad, determinando así que el área se encuentra con una inapropiada distribución, la falta de limpieza en cada uno de los espacios. Posteriormente, se desarrolló una representación esquemática de cómo se aplicará la metodología 5S, para así describir finalmente el impacto que ocasionaría de manera positiva.

The current research work focuses on a proposal to design the 5 “S“ methodology, which will help increase productivity in the warehouse of the Provincial Municipality of Morropón Chulucanas, knowing the current situation that this public entity is going through. The design proposal shows how to carry out the 5 “S“ tool, in order to avoid having an unsuitable, disorderly and totally dirty area, this affects the public entity in its entirety, above all it prevents achieving growth in warehouse productivity. The following tools were used: checklist, documentary compilation, direct observation, interviews, questionnaires, observation guide and record sheets. The first objective of this research is to determine the diagnosis of the current state of the warehouse, where a Cause - effect, Check list, a current analysis of productivity was carried out, thus determining that the area is found with an inappropriate distribution, the lack of cleanliness in each of the spaces. Subsequently, a schematic representation of how the 5S methodology will be applied was developed, in order to finally describe the impact that it would cause in a positive way.
