Implementación del Last Planner System para mejorar el cumplimiento de plazos de ejecución del proyecto Hospital de Ayabaca, Piura - 2022

Abstract

El presente estudio de investigación responde al siguiente problema de investigación: ¿Cuál es la implementación del Last Planner System para mejorar el cumplimiento de plazos de ejecución del proyecto hospital de Ayabaca, Piura - 2022? Y tiene como objetivo general realizar la implementación del Last Planner System para mejorar el cumplimiento de plazos de ejecución del proyecto hospital de Ayabaca, Piura – 2022. y la hipótesis general que se verificó fue: La implementación del Last Planner System mejora significativamente el cumplimiento de plazos de ejecución del proyecto Hospital de Ayabaca, Piura - 2022. El método de investigación es el cuantitativo y longitudinal; tipo de investigación aplicada; con un nivel de investigación descriptivo explicativo y de diseño no experimental con carácter transversal. La muestra está conformada por la caracterización del proyecto Hospital de Ayabaca – Piura. Para ello se utilizaron técnicas de recolección de datos como observación y análisis documental que ayudaron a tabular la información en el software Microsoft Excel donde se obtuvo información porcentual y que se graficaron en diagramas y tablas. El plan de investigación se llevó a cabo bajo los criterios de este documento, respetando el cronograma de actividades y el presupuesto establecido. Se llegó a la conclusión que la aplicación del Last Planner System mejoró el cumplimiento de plazos de ejecución del proyecto hospital de Ayabaca, Piura – 2022. Se recomendó que la empresa debe seguir aplicando la Metodología Last Planner System en todo tipo de proyecto, con la finalidad de que disminuyan sus costos operativos y mejore el tiempo de cumplimiento de plazos de ejecución.

This research study responds to the following research problem: What is the implementation of the Last Planner System to improve compliance with the execution deadlines of the Ayabaca hospital project, Piura - 2022? And its general objective is to carry out the implementation of the Last Planner System to improve compliance with the execution deadlines of the Ayabaca hospital project, Piura - 2022. and the general hypothesis that was verified was: The implementation of the Last Planner System significantly improves compliance with deadlines for execution of the Ayabaca Hospital project, Piura - 2022. The research method is quantitative and longitudinal; type of applied research; with an explanatory descriptive research level and non-experimental design with a transversal nature. The sample is made up of the characterization of the Hospital de Ayabaca - Piura project. For this, data collection techniques were used, such as observation and documentary analysis that helped to tabulate the information in Microsoft Excel software, where percentage information was obtained and plotted in diagrams and tables. The research plan was carried out under the criteria of this document, respecting the schedule of activities and the established budget. It was concluded that the application of the Last Planner System improved compliance with the execution deadlines of the Ayabaca hospital project, Piura - 2022. It was recommended that the company continue to apply the Last Planner System Methodology in all types of project, with the in order to reduce their operating costs and improve the time of compliance with execution deadlines.
