Relación del test no estresante y apgar neonatal en gestantes con preeclampsia del hospital apoyo II-2 Sullana, en el año 2021

Abstract

El presente estudio corresponde a un Diseño Relacional, Transversal, Observacional, Descriptivo, No experimental. Con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre el Test no estresante y el APGAR Neonatal en Gestantes con Preeclampsia atendidas en el Hospital Apoyo II-2 Sullana, en el año 2021. Nuestra muestra es de 86 Gestantes con Preeclampsia que cumplen con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión, la cual se utilizó como instrumento una ficha de recolección de datos teniendo en cuenta el Test de Fisher y el Test de APGAR. Se obtuvieron que de los resultados del Test no estresante el 86% son reactivos, el 10.5% fueron Dudoso y el 3.5% fueron No Reactivo y con respecto al Test de APGAR el 88.4% son Normal, el 8.1% tienen Depresión Moderada y el 3.5% tienen Depresión Severa. Por lo cual se concluyó por correlación de Chi cuadrado con un resultado de p<0.05 donde se estudió las variables, se demostró que existe relación entre el Test no estresante y APGAR Neonatal en Gestantes con Preeclampsia atendidas en el Hospital Apoyo II-2 Sullana, en el año 2021. This study corresponds to a Relational, Cross-sectional, Observational, Descriptive, Non-experimental design. With the objective of determining the relationship between the non-stress Test and the Neonatal APGAR in pregnant women with Preeclampsia treated at Hospital Apoyo II-2 Sullana, in the year 2021. Our sample is 86 pregnant women with Preeclampsia who meet the inclusion criteria. and exclusion, which used a data collection sheet as an instrument, taking into account the file test and the APGAR Test. It was obtained that from the results of the non-stress test 86% are reactive, 10.5% were Doubtful and 3.5% were Non Reactive and with respect to the APGAR Test 88.4% are Normal, 8.1% have Moderate Depression and 3.5 % have Severe Depression. Therefore, it was concluded by Cuadrado Chi correlation with a result of p<0.05 where the variables were studied, it was shown that there is a relationship between the non-stress Test and Neonatal APGAR in pregnant women with Preeclampsia treated at Hospital Apoyo II-2 Sullana, in the year 2021. That is, the relationship obtained was direct and significant
