Nivel de conocimiento sobre salud bucal en docentes de Educación Inicial de instituciones educativas, en época de COVID-19, Trujillo - Julio 2020

Abstract

Determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre salud bucal en docentes de Educación inicial de las instituciones educativas, en época de la Pandemia Covid-19, Trujillo 2020. MATERIALES Y MÉTODOS: Estudio observacional, transversal con una muestra de 205 docentes de educación perteneciente a diferentes Instituciones Educativas, a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario de manera virtual. El cuestionario permitió medir el nivel de conocimiento de los docentes. RESULTADOS: El 47.80% de los docentes encuestados presenta un nivel de conocimiento sobre salud bucal regular; seguido por aquellos que presentan un nivel malo en un 29.27% y finalmente solo el 22.93% tiene un nivel de conocimiento bueno sobre salud bucal. CONCLUSIÓN: El nivel de conocimiento sobre salud bucal en docentes de Educación inicial de las instituciones educativas, en época de la Pandemia Covid 19 en Trujillo 2020, es regular representado por el 47,80% de la muestra.

To determine the level of knowledge about oral health in teachers of educational institutions, at the time of the Covid-19 Pandemic, Trujillo 2020. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Observational, cross-sectional study with a sample of 205 education teachers belonging to different Educational Institutions, to whom a questionnaire was applied virtually. The questionnaire made it possible to measure the level of knowledge of teachers. RESULTS: 47.80% of the teachers surveyed have a regular level of knowledge about oral health; followed by those who present a bad level in 29.27% and finally only 22.93% have a good level of knowledge about oral health. CONCLUSION: The level of knowledge about oral health in teachers of educational institutions, at the time of the Covid-19 Pandemic in Trujillo 2020, is regular, represented by 47.80% of the sample.
