Nueva infraestructura educativa para el nivel inicial, primaria y secundaria en el barrio n° 05 del centro poblado Alto Trujillo, en el distrito del Porvenir

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo general desarrollar una propuesta arquitectónica para la “Nueva infraestructura educativa para el nivel inicial, primaria y secundaria en el barrio n° 05 del centro poblado alto Trujillo, en el distrito de El Porvenir” que pueda abastecer de servicio de educación regular en los niveles de inicial, primaria y secundaria en nivel distrital. Este proyecto garantizará que los usuarios tanto internos como externos reciban y perciban un servicio y espacios de calidad. El proyecto propuesto se ubicará en el Distrito de El Porvenir que pertenece a la provincia de Trujillo en la región La Libertad con un área total programada de 12 600 m2. La atención de los usuarios se basará en el análisis, desarrollo e implementación de áreas en favor del usuario estudiante, plana docente, personal técnico administrativo, mantenimiento y servicio y público en general. La oferta en el sector es nula puesto que la ubicación del terreno se encuentra en una zona donde en el radio de influencia directa no hay instituciones educativas. La demanda de este servicio al 2017 asciende a 58116conformada por la población de los primeros grandes 4 grupos de edad de Alto Trujillo. Las teorías arquitectónicas aplicadas en el proyecto son escuela como microciudad, el espacio flexible en la edificación educativa y la Neuroarquitectura en la educación.

This research has as general objective to develop an architectural proposal for the “New educational infrastructure for the initial, primary and secondary level in the neighborhood n° 05 of the upper town Trujillo, in the district of El Porvenir“ that can provide regular education service at the initial, primary and secondary levels at district level. This project will ensure that both internal and external users receive and perceive quality service and spaces. The proposed project will be located in the El Porvenir District that belongs to the province of Trujillo in the La Libertad region with a total programmed area of 12 600 m2. The attention of users will be based on the analysis, development and implementation of areas in favor of the student user, teaching staff, administrative technical personnel, maintenance and service and the general public. The offer in the sector is zero since the location of the land is in an area where in the radius of direct influence there are no educational institutions. The demand for this service in 2017 amounts to 58116made up of the population of the first large 4 age groups of Alto Trujillo. The architectural theories applied in the project are school as microcity, flexible space in educational building and neuroarchitecture in education.
