Centro de investigación, innovación, capacitación y procesamiento del Bambu para darle un valor agregado, Canchaque -Huancabamba - 2021

Abstract

El diseño del proyecto arquitectónico de Centro, de Investigación, Innovación, Capacitación y Procesamiento del Bambú para darle un valor agregado, se encuentra ubicado en Departamento de Piura, provincia de Huancabamba, distrito Canchaque, en dicha propuesta tiene como finalidad de llevar acabo un equipamiento al distrito, tomando en cuenta las necesidades de la población (Comercio, Educación, Producción y Turismo). Se plantea esta propuesta ya que se desea ofrecer una solución a la falta de infraestructuras que se sitúa actualmente en Canchaque, además que el proyecto brinde servicios de capacitación, investigación y procesamiento del bambú, este problema condiciona a que la zona sea un lugar turístico, donde se fomente la actividad agroindustrial y que los recursos naturales que disponen sean explotados, esto logra satisfacer la necesidad del usuario. En esta investigación se utiliza las técnicas de análisis bibliográfico y observación, los cuales son necesarios para poder lograr nuestros objetivos, esto se realiza mediante los instrumentos de fichas de análisis bibliográficos, y ficha de observación. Se aplicó la teoría de Alfred Weber, la cual nos habla sobre la localización industrial, y la importancia que existe en los cuatro factores como: la distancia hacia los recursos naturales, la distancia hacia al mercado, los costos que hay en la mano de obra, y en el transporte, además se empleó el método del ranking de factores, donde se evalúa por criterios a las opciones de terrenos, esto nos ayudó a determinar la ubicación indicada para el desarrollo del proyecto.

The design of the architectural project of the Center for Research, Innovation, Training and Processing of Bamboo is carried out to give it added value, it is located in the Department of Piura, province of Huancabamba, Canchaque district, in said proposal its purpose is to carry out an equipment to the district, taking into account the needs of the population (Commerce, Education, Production and Tourism). This proposal is proposed since it is desired to offer a solution to the lack of infrastructure that is currently located in Canchaque, in addition to the fact that the project provides training, research and bamboo processing services, this problem conditions the area to be a tourist place, where agro-industrial activity is encouraged and the natural resources available are exploited, this manages to satisfy the user's need. In this research, the techniques of bibliographic analysis and observation are used, which are necessary to achieve our objectives, this is done through the instruments of bibliographic analysis sheets, and observation sheet. Alfred Weber's theory was applied, which tells us about industrial location, and the importance that exists in the four factors such as: the distance to natural resources, the distance to the market, the costs of labor , and in transportation, the factor ranking method was also used, where the land options are evaluated by criteria, this helped us determine the right location for the development of the project.
