Abstract

El “Complejo de Bellas Artes Piura” ayudara a tener una infraestructura que cubra los estándares de calidad y confort para que la comunidad estudiantil pueda desarrollar sus dotes artísticos, ya que analizando la infraestructura actual de dichas escuelas, estas no han sido diseñadas para este tipo de actividad, la cual genera que no cuenten con espacios de socialización entre alumnos y una rápida evacuación ante una posible emergencia; por otro lado tenemos la escuela de música José María Vallerriesta que a un inicio funciono como casona y atravez de los años se convirtió en escuela de música pero causa del fenómeno del niño del año 2016 se inundo y la infraestructura quedo inhabitable, la cual poco a poco se ha restaurado aunque en la actualidad funciona pero no al 100 por ciento lo que genera que no se cubra con la demanda de toda la región Piura; llegando así a una edificación en la cual utilizaremos la desarrollo de la arquitectura para desarrollar espacios que cumplan con la forma y función adecuada así como también plazas internas y externas para integrar el proyecto desde el interior hacia el exterior y a la vez genere espacios en las cuales los alumnos puedan intercambiar ideas y costumbres. Como igual encontramos los usos propios que otorgan soporte al correcto avance de actividades como la administración además áreas complementarias como cafetería, sum, biblioteca y teatro los cuales funcionan de manera independiente a las escuelas, pero son parte fundamental para el funcionamiento del complejo de bellas artes ya que aportan crecimiento de la cultura atravez de la difusión de arte y costumbres; incluyendo que aporta al alumno una herramienta de crecimiento artístico profesional atravez de la practica
