Terminal terrestre intermodal para la zona este de la ciudad de Trujillo, la Libertad

Abstract

Partiendo de una problemática referente a como se desarrolla actividad del transporte terrestre de personas en la provincia de Trujillo, de forma específica en la que tiene como destino la sierra liberteña, se evidencia que la necesidad de transporte ha llevado a la ubicación informal de empresas de transporte que brindan este servicio, en zonas residenciales, generando caos vehicular y molestia en los moradores cercanos, así como la imposibilidad de brindar un buen servicio al usuario, ya que se cuenta con instalaciones deficientes e insuficientes. Teniendo como referencia esta problemática el Plan de Desarrollo Metropolitano de Trujillo 2020-2040, presenta dentro de su lista de proyectos el desarrollo de una red de terminales terrestres en busca de ordenar el transporte en la ciudad. Dentro de esta cartera de proyectos, se encuentra el Terrapuerto Intermodal Este en el Distrito de Laredo, como medida para ordenar el transporte interprovincial, mejorar el servicio brindado al usuario, y dinamizar las periferias de la ciudad, teniendo una cobertura total del destino hacia la sierra de La Libertad. Esto nos lleva a la implementación de un Terminal Terrestre Intermodal para la zona Este de la ciudad de Trujillo, La Libertad, que no solo funcione como elemento ordenador y dinamizador, sino que también cuente con ambientes óptimos para llevar a cabo una actividad de transporte óptima y que brinde el confort necesario al usuario, según sea su necesidad con respecto al servicio requerido. Para esta investigación se ha requerido información del Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones, además de la obtenida producto de las entrevistas con los usuarios de las empresas de transportes existentes en la actualidad.

Starting from a problem related to how the land transport of people is carried out in the province of Trujillo, specifically in the one that is destined for the Sierra Liberteña, it is evident that the need for transport has led to the informal location of transport companies. transportation that provide this service, in residential areas, will present vehicular chaos and annoyance to nearby residents, as well as the impossibility of providing a good service to the user, since there are deficient and insufficient facilities. Taking this problem as a reference, the Trujillo Metropolitan Development Plan 2020- 2040, presents within its list of projects the development of a network of land terminals in search of ordering transportation in the city. Within this portfolio of projects, is the “East Intermodal Terrapuerto in the District of Laredo”, as a measure to organize interprovincial transportation, improve the service provided to the user, and energize the outskirts of the city, having full coverage of the destination to the Sierra de la Libertad. This leads us to the implementation of an Intermodal Bus Terminal for the eastern zone of the city of Trujillo, La Libertad, which not only works as an ordering and dynamic element, but also has optimal environments to carry out an activity of optimal transport and that provides the necessary comfort to the user, according to their needs with respect to the required service. For this research, information from the Ministry of Transport and Communications has been required, in addition to the product obtained from interviews with users of currently existing transport companies.
