Centro de salud mental comunitario con hospitalización en el distrito de Trujillo

Abstract

Actualmente en la cuidad de Trujillo existen 6 centros de salud mental comunitarios (CSMC), de los cuales solo 4 cuentan con un psiquiatra, aparte de no contar con una infraestructura adecuada para este servicio. Cabe resaltar, que estos centros especializados de salud mental, se construyeron cuando no existían Normas Técnicas de Diseño, solo recomendaciones empíricas, es por eso que calidad de centros que existen en la cuidad de Trujillo no es la mejor. Es por esto que nuestra investigación busca los criterios que ayuden para el diseño de este proyecto y sirvan como un instrumento de cura, al considerar las sensaciones que estos criterios pueden tener en cada tipo de paciente, de manera que ayude de manera positiva en el tratamiento y estado de ánimo de los pacientes. De acuerdo a lo indicado, se llegó a la conclusión que Trujillo necesita un centro de Salud Mental, que tenga en consideración al paciente, para su desarrollo en cuanto al diseño y programación arquitectónica Nuestro Centro de Salud Mental brindará consultoría psicológica, consultoría psiquiátrica, consultorio de nutrición, consultorio de adicciones, diferentes tipos de terapias individuales y grupales, rehabilitación hortícola y psicosocial, taller de danza, taller de pintura y jardines terapéuticos, los cuales ayudaran en el tratamiento de ansiedad, depresión, adicciones, trastorno obsesivo compulsivo (TOC) y problemas de violencia. Además, contamos con zona de análisis, zona de internamiento, zona de emergencia y zona de ayuda a la comunidad, donde se dictan charlas sobre salud mental a la población, colegios y Universidades.

That is why our research seeks the criteria that help for the design of this project and serve as a cure instrument, by considering the sensations that these criteria can have in each type of patient, so that it helps in a positive way in the treatment and mood of patients. According to the indications, it was concluded that Trujillo needs a Mental Health center, which takes into consideration the patient, for its development in terms of architectural design and programming. Our Mental Health Center will provide psychological consulting, psychiatric consulting, nutrition office, addiction clinic, different types of individual and group therapies, horticultural and psychosocial rehabilitation, dance workshop, painting workshop and therapeutic gardens, which will help in the treatment of anxiety, depression, addictions, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and violence problems. In addition, we have an analysis area, an internment area, an emergency zone and a community aid zone, where talks on mental health are given to the population, schools and universities.
