Nivel de conocimiento de los padres sobre salud bucal preventiva en niños de 8-12 años en el anexo de Membrillo, Psuquia - Amazonas 2022

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de conocimiento de los padres sobre salud bucal preventiva en niños de 3-12 años en el anexo de Membrillo, Pisuquia-Amazonas, 2022. Materiales y Métodos: Se realizó un estudio prospectivo, transversal, descriptivo y observacional. Se evaluaron a 100 padres de niños entre 3-12 años , a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario validado y confiable consistente en 20 preguntas, categorizando finalmente al nivel de conocimiento sobre oral. Resultados: Se obtuvo que el nivel de conocimiento sobre salud oral en padres de familia fue un 10% sobresaliente , un 26% muy bueno ,22% bueno ,20% suficiente y un 22% insuficiente.De acuerdo al genero el 30% del sexo femenino alcanza un nivel muy bueno y el 30% del sexo masculino al nivel bueno. Los padres de familia con edades entre los 36-40 presentan mayor conocimiento sobre salud oral. Según el grado de instrucción los padres con estudios superiores alcanzaron el puntaje más alto en el nivel sobresaliente con 16.67% . Conclusión:. El nivel de conocimiento sobre salud bucal de los padres de familia del Anexo de Membrillo, Psuquia - Amazonas 2022 fue predominantemente muy bueno, según el género la población femenina fue predominantemente muy bueno y en los hombres bueno con respecto a la variable edad de la población entre 36-40 años fue predominantemente muy buena y por último según el grado de instrucción fue insuficiente en los padres con primaria al igual que en los padres con secundaria al contrario de los padres con grado superior el cual fue predominantemente bueno.

According to the level of education, parents with higher education reached the highest score in the outstanding level with 16.67%. Conclusión:The level of knowledge about oral health of the parents of the Membrillo Annex, Psuquia - Amazonas 2022 was predominantly very good, according to gender the female population was predominantly very good and in men good with respect to the variable age of the population between 36-40 years old it was predominantly very good and finally, according to the level of education, it was insufficient in parents with primary school as well as in parents with secondary education, unlike parents with a higher degree, which was predominantly good.
