Gestión logística y la mejora de la rentabilidad de la empresa Cealka S.R.L., Trujillo, 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar en qué medida la aplicación de la gestión logística mejora la rentabilidad de la empresa Cealka S.R.L., Trujillo, 2021. El diseño de utilizado fue el pre-experimental, donde a través de la manipulación de la primera variable se determinó la variación de la segunda variable, los instrumentos utilizados fueron la guía documental, la entrevista y el procesamiento de los datos obtenidos mediante la aplicación de la primera etapa de la gestión logística, utilizando la verificación de la información del área de logística y de los estados financieros, los resultados obtenidos muestran que la rentabilidad mejora, ya que el costo de ventas se reduce en 107,877 soles, mientras que la utilidad neta aumenta en 76,053 soles, demostrando que la hipótesis del investigador es válida. Se concluyó que, a través de la aplicación de la gestión logística mejora en la rentabilidad neta en 1.57%, el ROA en 4.45% y el ROE en 12.27%.

The objective of this investigation was to determine to what extent the application of logistics management improves the profitability of the company Cealka S.R.L., Trujillo, 2021. The design used was pre-experimental, where through the manipulation of the first variable, the vary the variation of the second variable, the instruments used were the documentary guide, the interview and the processing of the data obtained through the application of the first stage of logistics management, using the verification of the information of the logistics área and the financial statements, The results obtained show that profitability improves, since the cost of sales is reduced by 107,877 soles, while the net profit increases by 76,053 soles, demonstrating that the researcher's hypothesis is valid. It was concluded that, through the application of logistics management, the profitability of the company under study improves the gross and operational profitability by 2.22%, the net profitability by 1.57%, the ROA by 4.45% and the ROE at 12.27%.
