Parque de Integración Cultural Ecológico - Paisajístico de Huamachuco

Abstract

Huamachuco es uno de los distritos de la provincia de Sánchez Carrión, y en los últimosaños, se ha convertido en uno de los principales nodos de comunicación entre la costa ysierra liberteña. A parte de ello, se encuentra dentro de uno de los puntos turísticos más atractivos de la región, debido a su riqueza cultural e histórica; en la actualidad, sobre todo por sus festividades. Pero no sólo destaca por su gran presencia cultural, sino que, entre otras atribuciones, es considerada uno de los lugares con mayor diversidad ecológica del ande liberteño, esto quiere decir, que se debe buscar continuamente la preservación de su diversidad natural, ya que en los últimos años se ha visto depredado sin ninguna medida, tal es el caso de la deforestación ilegal. Es por ello, que se planteará un parque cultural, con el motivo de integrar la mayoría de actividades culturales presentes en el distrito, y a la vez, brindar un espacio de esparcimiento y puesta en valor de sus recursos naturales (para que la misma población busque preservar y cuidar su entorno), proponiendo un lugar el cual no solo beneficiará la puesta en valor de su patrimonio vivo y material del distrito, sino que también habrá un espacio destinado al cuidado del entorno y medio ambiente. El equipamiento cultural contará con un museo (básicamente el museo municipal el cualno cuenta con una adecuada infraestructura), la casa de la cultura (la cual impartirá talleres como danza, música, teatro, etc.); y un espacio en el cual artesanos de la zona puedan producir y a la vez vender, aprovechando esta gran demanda turística que periódicamente arriba a la ciudad, pero en la actualidad, no se ve aprovechada en su totalidad, afectando progresivamente la actividad económica artesanal del distrito.

Huamachuco is one of the districts of the province of Sánchez Carrión, and in the last years, has turned into one of the main nodes of communication between the coast and LaLibertad highlands. Apart from this, it finds inside one of the tourist points more attractiveof the region, because of his cultural and historical wealth; in the actuality, especially by his festivities. But no only it stands out by his big cultural presence, between other attributions, is considered one of the places with greater ecological diversity of the Ande liberteño, this wants to say, that has to look for continuously the preservation of his natural diversity, since in the last years, the area has been predate without any measure, such is the caseof the deforest illegal. Consequently, that will pose a cultural park, with the reason to integrate the majority of cultural activities presents in the district, and at the same time, offer a space of leisure andput in value of his natural resources (so that the population seeks to preserve and care oftheir environment), proposing a place which not only will benefit the put in value of his alive heritage and material of the district, also there will be a destined space to the care of the surroundings and environment. The cultural equipment will have a museum (basically the municipal museum which doesnot have a suitable infrastructure), the house of the culture (which will give workshops likedance, music, theatre, etc.); and a space in which handmade of the zone can produce and at the same time sell, taking advantage of this big tourist demand that periodically upto the city, but in the actuality, does not see taken advantage of in his whole, affecting progressively the economic activity artisanal of the district.
