Planificación con herramientas last planner system para la ejecución de infraestructura en la universidad nacional de Jaén – Cajamarca

Abstract

Para el desarrollo de esta investigación se propuso como objetivo principal planificar el uso de herramientas Last Planner System para la ejecución de infraestructura en la Universidad Nacional de Jaén – Cajamarca; el tipo de investigación a efectuarse es descriptivo y el diseño de estudio es documental; como herramientas a utilizar, se procedió a revisar y analizar el expediente técnico, luego se detalló mediante fichas y formatos, considerando la estructuración de las variables; lo cual especifica emplear las herramientas de la metodología Last Planner Syetm, por ello se formuló el plan maestro considerando la estructuración concreta de las partidas, luego se realizó el cronograma de fases complementado con las técnicas de sectorización que permitió dividir el área de distribución en 4 sectores y se fracciono equitativamente los metrados por cada sector, también se formuló el tren de actividades, siendo de gran ayuda para programar los tiempos requeridos para que se ejecute cada actividad, tomando como base las codificaciones del tren de actividades se elaboró el plan intermedio o Look ahead, permitiendo crear las restricciones que se pueden generar en el plan de trabajo, con todos los datos obtenidos se creó el plan semanal detallando los porcentajes de avances ejecutados y finalmente se formuló el PPC(Porcentaje de Plan Cumplido), los cuales fueron importantes para controlar los compromisos asumidos por los responsables en cada actividad a ejecutarse. Se evidencio que, con la aplicación de las herramientas planificadas, se logró resultados significativos; permitiendo optimizar los tiempos y mejorar la productividad en los procesos constructivos

For the development of this research, the main objective was to plan the use of Last Planner System tools for the execution of infrastructure at the National University of Jaén - Cajamarca; the type of research to be carried out is descriptive and the study design is documentary; As tools to be used, the technical file was reviewed and analyzed, then it was detailed by means of files and formats, considering the structuring of the variables; which specifies to use the tools of the Last Planner System methodology, for this reason the master plan was formulated considering the specific structuring of the items, then the phase schedule was carried out, complemented with the sectorization techniques that allowed dividing the distribution area into 4 sectors and the metrados for each sector were equally divided, the train of activities was also formulated, being of great help to program the times required for each activity to be executed, based on the codifications of the train of activities, the intermediate plan or Look ahead, allowing to create the restrictions that can be generated in the work plan, with all the data obtained, the weekly plan was created detailing the percentages of progress executed and finally the PPC (Percentage of Plan Fulfilled) was formulated, which were important to control the commitments assumed by those responsible for each activity to be carried out. It was evidenced that, with the application of the planned tools, significant results were achieved; allowing to optimize times and improve productivity in construction processes.
