Sistema de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para reducir riesgos laborales en la empresa QUMIR S.A.C., Trujillo – 2022

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, describe la metodología utilizada para el diseño de un Sistema de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para la empresa de transporte de residuos sólidos QUMIR S.A.C, con el propósito de obedecer con los estándares de seguridad que exige la ley y norma peruana, por consiguiente, poder reducir los riesgos presentes en la empresa. El informe se inició realizando el diagnóstico de la situación actual de la empresa referente a seguridad y salud en el trabajo, se utilizó el “Lista de Verificación de Lineamientos del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo” que pertenece a R.M. 050-2013-TR, dada por el Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo que permite saber el porcentaje de cumplimiento que tiene la empresa con los requisitos exigidos por la Ley N° 29783. Posteriormente, se desarrolló la política y reglamento interno de seguridad para así poder definir el compromiso de cada trabajador de la organización. Además, se desarrolló el IPERC para aplicar los controles a los riesgos laborales encontrados y así conseguir reducirlos; y se elaboró el mapa de riesgo para identificar los peligros presentes en la empresa. Finalmente, se elaboró el plan anual, procedimientos y registros exigidos por la ley, dejando a la empresa la decisión de implementar este sistema. Con toda la información obtenida se procedió a analizar las estadísticas de días perdidos y accidentes, con los datos obtenidos se realizó un pronóstico para el 2022 y un análisis económico de la implementación, como resultado de estos análisis QUMIR S.A.C. obtendría un ahorro de S/. 40,894.50

This research describes the methodology used to design a Safety and Health at Work System for the solid waste transportation company QUMIR S.A.C., in order to comply with the safety standards required by Peruvian law and regulations, and therefore, to minimize the risks present in the company. The report began with a diagnosis of the current situation of the company regarding safety and health at work, using the ““Checklist of Guidelines for the Management System of Safety and Health at Work““ that belongs to R.M. 050-2013-TR, given by the Ministry of Labor and Promotion of Employment that allows us to know the percentage of compliance that the company has with the requirements of Law No. 29783. Subsequently, the internal safety policy and regulations were developed in order to define the commitment of each worker in the organization. In addition, the IPERC was developed to apply the controls to the occupational risks found and thus achieve a reduction in them; and the risk map was drawn up to identify the dangers present in the company. Finally, the annual plan, procedures and records required by law were developed, leaving the company the decision to implement this system. With all the information obtained, we proceeded to analyze the statistics of lost days and accidents, with the data obtained we made a forecast for 2022 and an economic analysis of the implementation, as a result of these analyses QUMIR S.A.C. would obtain a saving of S/. 40,894.50
