Propuesta arquitectónica educativa para estudiantes con habilidades sobresalientes en la Región Amazonas

Abstract

En el Perú, la Región Amazonas cuenta con la Red COAR desde el año 2015, cabe precisar que en el año 2019 se publica la norma N°537-2019-MINEDU donde modifica las características del Modelo de Servicio Educativo para la Atención de Estudiantes con Alto Desempeño de los Colegios de Alto Rendimiento (COAR), el cual a partir de la fecha se denomina Modelo de Servicio Educativo para la Atención de Estudiantes con Habilidades Sobresalientes (MSE Sobresaliente), el mismo que busca contar con una Red COAR más inclusiva y con mayor diversidad. Este equipamiento educativo brindar una educación de excelencia, con calidad y equidad, logrando que grupos específicos de estudiantes de Educación Básica Regular (3°,4° y 5° grado de nivel de educación secundaria) desarrollen un proceso formativo de gran rigor y exigencia académica, artístico y deportivo que les permita desarrollarse integralmente. En la Actualidad, el servicio educativo se viene desarrollando en la Institución Educativa “18109 Luis German Mendoza Pizarro” de nivel primario, con una infraestructura adapta y en ambientes construidos provisionalmente, a pesar de los esfuerzos, la Institución carece de muchas zonas y ambientes, se verifico que no cumple con los Estándares de Calidad que garantice el modelo de servicio educativo para los alumnos. La presente Tesis desarrolla una investigación profunda para que la Propuesta Arquitectónica sea un icono en la Región y tenga conexión con el lugar, la cultura y el tiempo, con ambientes flexibles aplicando la Neuroarquitectura, asimismo la propuesta buscas la utilización de criterios de sistemas sustentables.

At present, the educational service is being developed in the Educational Institution “18109 Luis German Mendoza Pizarro“ of primary level, with an infrastructure adapted and provisionally built environments, despite the efforts, the Institution lacks many areas and environments, it was verified that it does not meet the Quality Standards that guarantee the educational service model for students. The present Thesis develops a deep investigation so that the Architectural Proposal is an icon in the Region and has connection with the place, culture and time, with flexible environments applying the Neuroarchitecture, also the proposal seeks the use of sustainable systems criteria.
