Centro cultural artístico en el centro histórico de Trujillo, sector Santo Domingo

Abstract

En el presente informe de investigación que es para obtener el Título Profesional de Arquitecto, se desarrolla un proyecto desde un análisis de forma integral tanto como el análisis contextual y un diagnóstico urbano, para llegar en si como resultado al Proyecto Arquitectónico “CENTRO CULTURAL ARTÍSTICO EN EL CENTRO HISTÓRICO DE TRUJILLO, SECTOR SANTO DOMINGO”, el cual se plantea como un equipamiento que tendrá consigo la misión de representar, promover y difundir el interés cultural, como nuestra identidad, en ello se plasmara desarrollar servicios y actividades artísticas – culturales de creación, formación y difusión en diferentes ámbitos dando así, un lugar a los usuarios y a las demandas locales como fuente de recursos para revalorizarlo. Debido al inadecuado uso tanto de normativas como de planes de acción, el Eje Cultural del Centro Histórico de la Ciudad de Trujillo viene sufriendo la ausencia de equipamientos artísticos específicamente en el Sector A 8 Santo Domingo, por ende, se ve en la necesidad de recuperarse y revitalizarse, a través de un proyecto de interés que aporte un nuevo valor y una nueva función absolutamente de acuerdo a su perfil, características y vocación, expresando su riqueza cultural y tradicional. Por todo lo mencionado, éste estudio de investigación está dando como resultado a este tipo de equipamiento siendo factible y necesario, ya que se reflejará un equipamiento que responda a las necesidades ya mencionadas anteriormente

In this research report that is to obtain the Professional Title of Architect, a project is developed from an analysis in an integral way as well as the contextual analysis and an urban diagnosis, to arrive in itself as a result of the Architectural Project “ARTISTIC CULTURAL CENTER IN THE HISTORIC CENTER OF TRUJILLO, SANTO DOMINGO SECTOR““, which is how it proposes an equipment that will have the mission of representing, promoting and disseminating cultural interest, as our identity this will reflect the development of services and artistic - cultural activities of creation, training and dissemination in different areas thus giving a place for users and local demands as a source of resources to revalue it. Due to the inappropriate use of both regulations and action plans, Cultural Axis of the Historic Center of the City of Trujillo has been presenting the absence of artistic facilities, specifically in Sector A 8 Santo Domingo, finally, sees the need to recover and revitalize through a project of interest that provides a new value and a new function absolutely according to its profile, characteristics and vocation, expressing its cultural and traditional wealth. For all the above, this research study is resulting in this type of equipment being feasible and necessary, since it will reflect an equipment that responds to the needs already mentioned above.
