Arquitectura Sostenible y Paisajista para el Diseño de una Residencia Geriátrica en la Provincia de Trujillo

Abstract

Se abordó este tema, por la misma coyuntura que estamos viviendo por el abandono y desamparo de los Adultos Mayores en todo el Perú, teniendo la oportunidad que el Grupo Arcadia ha propuesto realizar un proyecto similar en Trujillo, teniendo como referencia el proyecto ya realizado en el Departamento de Lima, dando como resultado una excelente aceptación para la Clase socio económica A y B ya que siendo una empresa privada brinda servicios especiales, similares al de un hotel 5 estrellas, teniendo como resultado una Residencia Geriátrica, con la mejor atención y dedicación al adulto mayor, por medio del personal especializado. El proyecto se va a realizar en Trujillo y para ello se ha realizado un estudio de mercado similar al que realizo el Grupo Arcadia en Lima, para obtener la información más certera y poder identificar el usuario objetivo o usuario directo, al que se va a brindar los servicios especializados de una Residencia Geriátrica. Al haber realizado el estudio de mercado, se llegó a la conclusión de que el usuario directo son los Adultos Mayores de 60 años a más, de nivel socio económico A, ya que ellos son los que pueden solventar los gastos necesarios para la Residencia Geriátrica que tendrá como servicios extras, atención personal del personal médico ya preparado, para poder sumarle ciertas características importantes al proyecto y a la importancia del proyecto, se implementó la Arquitectura Sostenible y Paisajista para así darle al proyecto un objetivo importante que es cuidado del medio ambiente y brindarle al Adulto Mayor una mejor calidad de vida. Se realizaron estudios de casos análogos de Residencias Geriátricas Nacionales e Internacionales, para poder comparar la realidad y necesidad de nuestros usuarios con la coyuntura actual, también se analizó casos análogos de Hoteles nacionales de 5 estrellas, para poder brindarle al Adulto Mayor la experiencia de un hotel 5 estrellas en una Residencia Geriátrica. Olaya Silva Michelangelo – Varas Arribasplata Catia Milagritos 2 Para poder Escoger el terreno en donde se emplazara el proyecto, se tomaron en cuenta muchas características utilizadas por el promotor (Arcadia) como son: Ambiente Cálido, Área verde, Lejos del ruido, Servicios básicos indispensables como (salud, comisarias) cercanas, cerca de algún pueblo o ciudad, después de haber realizado el FODA y el análisis respectivo, se dio por conclusión que el terreno más óptimo se encuentra en Simbal, ya que cuenta con todas las Fortalezas y Oportunidades favorables para realizar el proyecto.

This topic was approached, due to the same situation we are living due to the abandonment and neglect of the elderly throughout Peru, having the opportunity that the Arcadia Group has proposed to carry out a similar project in Trujillo, taking as a reference the project already carried out in the Department of Lima, resulting in an excellent acceptance for the socio-economic class A and B since being a private company provides special services, similar to a 5 star hotel, resulting in a Geriatric Residence, with the best care and dedication to the elderly, through specialized personnel. After conducting the market study, it was concluded that the direct user is the elderly people from 60 years and older, of socioeconomic level A, since they are the ones who can afford the necessary expenses for the Geriatric Residence that will have as extra services, personal attention of the medical staff already prepared, in order to add certain important characteristics to the project and the importance of the project, Sustainable and Landscape Architecture was implemented to give the project an important objective which is environmental care and provide the elderly with a better quality of life. Analogous case studies of National and International Geriatric Residences were carried out, in order to compare the reality and needs of our users with the current situation. Analogous cases of national 5 star hotels were also analyzed, in order to provide the elderly with the experience of a 5 star hotel in a Geriatric Residence. In order to choose the land where the project will be located, many characteristics used by the promoter (Arcadia) were taken into account, such as: Warm environment, green area, away from noise, essential basic services such as (health, police stations) nearby, near a town or city, after conducting the Olaya Silva Michelangelo – Varas Arribasplata Catia Milagritos 4 SWOT and the respective analysis, it was concluded that the most optimal land is located in Simbal, as it has all the strengths and opportunities favorable to carry out the project.
