Centro de Innovación Tecnológica del Limón para impulsar la Educación y Competitividad, en el Sector La Peñita, Distrito De Tambogrande, Piura

Abstract

El (ITP) generó la fundación de una red de (Centro de Innovación Productiva y Transferencia Tecnológica), con el objetivo de potencializar las cadenas de producción que tienen los departamentos del Perú. En la región de Piura tenemos el Cite Agro que brinda su apoyo al sector Agroindustrial. En la actualidad carece de una edificación propia, para la gran demanda de lo que son las MIPYMES. Cabe resaltar que las infraestructuras de los CITES van en función a los tipos de producción que hay en la región donde se desea implementar nuevas tecnologías e impulsar la competitividad. Por ello se propone un equipamiento, en función a la producción del Limón, siendo instalado en el Sector la Peñita, sector que es proyectado como lugar de crecimiento del desarrollo del limón. que acogerá a futuro empresas dedicadas a la producción, investigación a nivel nacional y/o internacional. En esta infraestructura se facilitará la dotación de ferias comerciales a los pequeños y medianos productores por medio de un convenio con entidades Regionales, las empresas privadas y/o los representantes del centro Poblado. Así mismo surge la necesidad en el sector La Peñita de una necesaria tecnificación, productividad y competitividad, de las redes de agricultura con atracción en la agroexportación del limón. El CITE, pretende llegar a ser quienes orienten a los actores del sector agroindustrial del sector La Peñita en un proyecto de economía estratégica, basado en la siguiente teoría: I+D+i (Investigación, desarrollo e innovación). vi Su arquitectura se desarrolló en dos direcciones relacionadas. Comenzamos con la programación arquitectónica, que incluye la ergonomía y los requisitos de espacio para el proyecto. Continuamos con la forma en relación con el contexto seleccionado, teniendo en cuenta el perfil del entorno urbano y su integración con el área central de la ciudad. La finalidad de brindar a los pobladores una infraestructura adecuada para mejorar sus necesidades en los servicios socioeconómicos, educativos , culturales así como recreación , siendo impuesto como fin principal en aquellos gobiernos de su localidad , para ofrecer infraestructuras de calidad y seguridad para todos, mejorando la capacidad adquisitiva de producción y generar mayor empleo .Por lo cual , el Proyecto de tesis “CENTRO DE INNOVACIÓN TECNOLOGICO DEL LIMÓN-TAMBOGRANDE“ busca integrar a las variable social , económica y ambiental como solución a mejorar la calidad de vida de la población del sector.

Likewise, the need arises in the La Peñita sector for a necessary technification, productivity and competitiveness of the agricultural networks with attraction in the agro-export of lemons. The CITE, intends to become the one who guides the actors of the agro-industrial sector of La Peñita sector in a project of strategic economy, based on the following theory: I+D+i (Research, development and innovation). Its architecture developed in two related directions. We start with the architectural programming, which includes the ergonomics and space requirements for the project.We continue with the form in relation to the selected context, taking into account the profile of the urban environment and its integration with the central area of the city. The purpose of providing the inhabitants with an adequate infrastructure to improve their needs in socioeconomic, educational, cultural and recreational services, being imposed as the main in those governments of their locality, to provide quality infrastructure and security for all, improving the purchasing power viii of production and generate more employment in the city. Therefore, the thesis project “CENTER OF TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION OF LIMON-TAMBOGRANDE“ seeks to integrate the social, economic and environmental variables as a solution to improve the quality of life of the population in the sector.
