Análisis de la productividad en la obra de reconstrucción del local escolar N° 2306 Sol Naciente Mediante la Guía PMBOK Trujillo-2021

Abstract

La elaboración de la presente tesis tiene como título: “ANÁLISIS DE LA PRODUCTIVIDAD EN LA OBRA DE RECONSTRUCCIÓN DEL LOCAL ESCOLAR N°2306 SOL NACIENTE MEDIANTE LA GUIA PMBOK TRUJILLO-2021”, buscando priorizar la elaboración de este análisis a través de los lineamientos que establece la guía PMBOK, el cual se basa en una planificación durante el proceso de obra así como también nos muestra que está dividido en grupos de gestión de áreas de conocimiento y grupos de procesos de la gestión de proyectos, que gracias a la interacción de estos, logran los objetivos de mejora continua en el transcurso del estudio, enfatizando el desarrollo de los planes de gestión que ayudaran a cumplir las metas físicas trazadas del proyecto. Tiene como objetivo principal realizar el análisis de la productividad y proponer el tiempo, control y costo en obras utilizando la guía PMBOK en “las áreas de conocimiento de gestión de calidad y gestión del cronograma de un proyecto” mediante un análisis cualitativo en el expediente técnico de la obra Reconstrucción del Local Escolar N° 2306 Sol Naciente, se identificó un riesgo alto en el presupuesto debido a que los montos otorgados por la entidad no ascienden al 9 % de los montos presupuestales solicitados por el cliente y que debido a esto perjudica la producción en obra, por otro lado para el cronograma establecido se obtiene un factor de riesgo mínimo del 7% el cual no afecta en términos de plazo para culminar el proyecto. Por último, para esta investigación el método utilizado fue el tipo descriptivo-no experimental, aplicando técnicas de investigación de observación y análisis con la finalidad ser una propuesta en beneficio a la dirección de proyectos, y el de determinar las posibles causas que originan la demora en un proyecto y por ende un mayor plazo de tiempo a lo programado.

The elaboration of the present thesis is entitled: ““ANALYSIS OF PRODUCTIVITY IN THE WORK OF RECONSTRUCTION OF THE SCHOOL LOCAL N°2306 SOL NACIENTE BY MEANS OF THE GUIDE PMBOK TRUJILLO-2022““, seeking to prioritize the elaboration of this analysis through the guidelines established by the PMBOK guide, which is based on a planning during the work process as well as it shows us that it is divided into management groups of knowledge areas and groups of project management processes, which thanks to the interaction of these, achieve the objectives of continuous improvement in the course of the study, emphasizing the development of management plans that will help to meet the physical goals of the project. The main objective is to analyze productivity and propose time, control and cost in works using the PMBOK guide in ““the areas of knowledge of quality management and project schedule management““ through a qualitative analysis in the technical file of the Reconstruction of School Building No. 2306 Sol Naciente, a high risk was identified in the budget due to the fact that the amounts granted by the entity do not amount to 9% of the budget amounts requested by the client and that due to this it harms the production on site, on the other hand for the established schedule a minimum risk factor of 7% is obtained, which does not affect in terms of time to complete the project. Finally, for this investigation, the method used was the descriptive-non-experimental type, applying observation and analysis research techniques in order to be a proposal for the benefit of project management, and to determine the possible causes that originate the delay. in a project and therefore a longer period of time than scheduled.
