Análisis de comparación con la Metodología BIM en la Especialidad de Arquitectura de una vivienda de 3 pisos en la ciudad Trujillo

Abstract

La siguiente investigación denominada: “Análisis de comparación con la Metodología BIM en la Especialidad de Arquitectura de una vivienda de 3 pisos en la ciudad Trujillo”, se pudo apreciar las interferencias que hubo en el expediente técnico y se logró identificarlo con la Metodología BIM. El estudio se empezó realizando el modelamiento 3D en el programa Revit V22 según los planos establecidos en el expediente técnico del edifico, con ello se puedo obtener los metrados que nos daba el programa Revit y así realizar la comparación de las partidas de arquitectura. Al obtener los metrados y compararlo, se visualizó que había una diferencia entre el expediente técnico y el BIM. Es por ello que el costo directo del presupuesto del expediente técnico es de S/ 13,522.15 en cambio del BIM es de S/ 15,741.83, es decir que hay una diferencia de S/ 2,219.68. La diferencia entre los presupuestos conlleva que el proyecto ha tenido una perdida en la utilidad del edificio, por eso hubo una perdida razonable por errores de un mal metrado. La metodología BIM te facilita poder saber que interferencias tienes en tu proyecto y así evitar saberlo en la fase de la ejecución.

The following investigation called: ““Analysis of comparison with the BIM Methodology in the Architecture Specialty of a 3-story house in the city of Trujillo““, it was possible to appreciate the interferences that occurred in the technical file and identify it with the BIM Methodology. The study began to carry out the 3D modeling in the Revit V22 program according to the plans established in the technical file of the building, with this it is possible to obtain the measurements that the Revit program gave us and thus make the comparison of the architectural items. When obtaining the measurements and comparing it, it was seen that there was a difference between the technical file and the BIM. That is why the direct cost of the technical file budget is S/ 13,522.15, while the BIM is S/ 15,741.83, that is, there is a difference of S/ 2,219.68. The difference between the budgets implies that the project has had a loss in the utility of the building, for this reason there was a reasonable loss due to miscalculation errors. The BIM methodology makes it easier for you to know what interferences you have in your project and thus avoid knowing it in the execution phase
