Conocimiento sobre salud bucal en madres de comedores populares de Huanchaco y Trujillo-2022

Abstract

La presente investigación, se planteó como objetivo general el determinar el nivel de conocimiento de salud bucal en madres de los comedores populares de Huanchaco y Trujillo, 2022. La muestra estuvo conformada por 140 madres de comedores populares de Huanchaco y Trujillo, seleccionadas a partir de un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. Los resultados evidencian que El nivel de conocimiento de salud oral en madres de comedores populares de Trujillo fue del 38.6% insuficiente y de Huanchaco el 34.3% tuvieron un nivel bueno; según el grupo de 36 a 50 años de edad en Trujillo presentaron un 38.7% de nivel insuficiente; y en Huanchaco fueron el 34.3% de nivel bueno; según el grado de instrucción en nivel primaria en Trujillo fue de 38.7% de nivel insuficiente, y en Huanchaco fue 34% de nivel bueno; según el número de dos hijos en Trujillo fue de 38.4% de nivel insuficiente y en Huanchaco con 34% fue de nivel bueno, según el estado civil las madres casadas en Trujillo fue el 38.6% de nivel insuficiente y en Huanchaco con un nivel bueno de 34,3%. Apreciándose el nivel de conocimiento sobre salud bucal en madres de los comedores populares de Trujillo que presentaron un nivel insuficiente y en Huanchaco un nivel bueno

The general objective of this research was to determine the level of knowledge of oral health in mothers of the soup kitchens of Huanchaco and Trujillo, 2022. The sample consisted of 140 mothers from the soup kitchens of Huanchaco and Trujillo, selected by non-probabilistic convenience sampling. The results show that the level of knowledge of oral health in mothers of soup kitchens in Trujillo was 38.6% insufficient and in Huanchaco 34.3% had a good level; according to the group of 36 to 50 years of age in Trujillo they presented 38.7% of insufficient level; and in Huanchaco 34.3% had a good level; according to the degree of education at primary level in Trujillo it was 38.7% insufficient, and in Huanchaco 34.3% had a good level. According to the number of two children in Trujillo was 38.4% of insufficient level and in Huanchaco 34% of good level; according to the marital status of married mothers in Trujillo was 38.6% of insufficient level and in Huanchaco 34.3% of good level. The level of knowledge of oral health in mothers in the soup kitchens of Trujillo was insufficient and in Huanchaco it was good.
