Aplicación de Last Planner en la Rehabilitación del Canal de Riego Bado Manpac, Distrito de Aija, Provincia de Aija – Ancash

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo general es determinar como la aplicación del sistema Last Planner System mejorará en la productividad del proceso constructivo para la rehabilitación del canal de riego Bado Manpac, distrito de Aija, provincia de Aija – Ancash. Y a hipótesis general que se verifico fue La aplicación de Last Planner mejorará significativamente la productividad del proceso constructivo en la Rehabilitación del canal de Riego Bado Manpac, Distrito de Aija – Ancash. El método de investigación es aplicativo con un nivel de investigación preexperimental con carácter longitudinal. La muestra está conformada por todas las partidas del proyecto del canal Bado Manpac de Aija. Para ello se utilizaron técnicas de recolección de datos como observación y análisis documental que ayudaron en el procesamiento de observación en el software Excel, donde se pudo obtener información porcentual, gráficos diagramas y tablas. Como resultado se obtuvo que la aplicación del Last Planner Sistema mejoró en la productividad del proceso constructivo en la Obra del canal Bado Manpac de Aija. Uno de los resultados obtenidos fue que el Plan de promesas cumplidas (PPC) promedio fue de 83%, por lo que se puede concluir que existe una mejora en la productividad y control del avance de la ejecución de la obra. Así mismo se realizó el análisis de restricciones del proyecto, con el fin de sincerar o acertar en las posibles dificultades o restricciones que se presentarían durante la ejecución del proyecto. Así mismo, se designó al responsable del seguimiento de las restricciones por actividades para el levantamiento de la mayor cantidad de restricciones, para así cumplir con el plan semanal presentado. Se llegó a la conclusión que Aplicando el Last Planner System mejoró la productividad del proceso constructivo del Canal Bado Manpac Aija. Se recomendó a la empresa Consorcio Monserrat que continue con la aplicación de la metodología LPS en sus siguientes proyectos con el fin de disminuir costos y mejorar el tiempo de cumplimiento de plazos de ejecución.

The general objective of this research work is to determine how the application of the Last Planner System will improve the productivity of the construction process for the rehabilitation of the Bado Manpac irrigation canal, district of Aija, province of Aija - Ancash. And the general hypothesis that was verified was The application of Last Planner will significantly improve the productivity of the construction process in the Rehabilitation of the Bado Manpac Irrigation Channel, District of Aija - Ancash. The research method is applicative with a pre-experimental research level with a longitudinal character. The sample is made up of all the games of the Bado Manpac de Aija channel project. For this, data collection techniques such as observation and documentary analysis were used that helped in the observation processing in the Excel software, where percentage information, graphs, diagrams and tables could be obtained. As a result, it was obtained that the application of the Last Planner System improved the productivity of the construction process in the Works of the Bado Manpac channel in Aija. One of the results obtained was that the average Keep Promises Plan (PPC) was 83%, so it can be concluded that there is an improvement in productivity and control of the progress of the execution of the work. Likewise, the analysis of project restrictions was carried out, in order to be honest or hit on the possible difficulties or restrictions that would arise during the execution of the project. Likewise, the person responsible for monitoring the restrictions by activities was designated to lift the greatest number of restrictions, in order to comply with the weekly plan presented. It was concluded that applying the Last Planner System improved the productivity of the construction process of the Bado Manpac Aija Canal. The company Consorcio Monserrat was recommended to continue with the application of the LPS methodology in its following projects in order to reduce costs and improve the time of compliance with execution deadlines.
