Aporte de la neuroarquitectura en los espacios educativos del I.E.S.T.P Luciano Nicolas Castillo Colonna, Distrito de Pariñas-Talara

Abstract

La tesis se trata de una indagación teórica-conceptual y de referencia programática, en coherencia al diagnóstico orientado al Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico Público Luciano Nicolas Castillo Colonna del Distrito de Pariñas, Provincia de Talara - Piura, que en su actualidad no presenta una óptima oferta educacional correspondiente a las prestaciones de sus servicios en una jerarquía académica (déficit y escases de ambientes como los talleres, laboratorios de cada especialidad, aulas de prácticas y teóricas, servicios complementarios, etc.), además de ello enfrenta una realidad edificatoria con pasos antiguos y de riesgo a colapsar cada instalación interna, permitiéndose sufrir así mismos la vulnerabilidad de agrietamientos en paredes, sus techos tienen parcelas de Eternit como protección superior, todo generando que la población estudiantil se traslade a otros establecimientos de superiores suscitando dificultades en la socio-economía, ya que se debe cumplir el rol más importante que es formar profesionales con altas capacidades técnicas a través de las carreras habilitadas para ofrecer a los jóvenes. A todo lo anteriormente mencionado se propone una adecuada e idónea infraestructura eficiente en el Distrito de Pariñas ya que el terreno actual es propicia y amplia para su emplazamiento del Instituto, llevándose a cumple los diferentes criterios de servicios básicos, accesibilidad, sin riesgo y zona proyectada a expansión futura, porque el terreno cuenta con 6.5 ha. en el desarrollo de una tipología “EDUCATIVA”, con fines de aprender, enseñar, deportes y recreación. El principal objetivo del proyecto es contribuir con zonas diferentes a cada función como es la óptima administración, aulas académicas y recreativas que contribuya al desarrollo cultural, educativo y económico de la ciudad. Estos no ayudo a definir bases que relación a la planificación del proyecto con aportantes neuroarquitectónico, integración con el entorno, la antropometría dirigida por el Steel case y la normatividad que será un sensor especifico de cumplir, al igual que sostener cada información por fuentes bibliográficas a fin de desarrollar un programa arquitectónico para el proyecto de Tesis.

The thesis deals with a theoretical-conceptual inquiry and programmatic reference, in coherence with the diagnosis oriented to the Luciano Nicolas Castillo Colonna Public Technological Higher Education Institute of the District of Pariñas, Province of Talara - Piura, which currently does not present an optimal educational offer corresponding to the provision of its services in an academic hierarchy (deficit and scarcity of environments such as workshops, laboratories of each specialty, practical and theoretical classrooms, complementary services, etc.), other than that it faces a building reality with steps old and at risk of collapsing each internal facility, allowing themselves to suffer the vulnerability of cracks in walls, their ceilings have plots of Eternit as superior protection, all generating that the student population moves to other superior establishments causing difficulties in the socio- economy, since the most important role must be fulfilled so much so that it is to train professionals with high technical capacities through the careers enabled to offer young people. To all of the aforementioned, an adequate and suitable efficient infrastructure is proposed in the District of Pariñas since the current terrain is conducive and wide for its location of the Institute, taking to meet the different criteria of basic services, accessibility, without risk and projected area. to future expansion, because the land has 6.5 ha. in the development of an ““EDUCATIONAL““ typology, with the purpose of learning, teaching, sports and recreation. The main objective of the project is to contribute with different areas to each function such as optimal administration, academic and recreational classrooms that contribute to the cultural, educational and economic development of the city. These did not help to define bases that relate to the planning of the project with neuroarchitectural contributors, integration with the environment, anthropometry directed by the Steel case and the regulations that will be a specific sensor to comply with, as well as sustaining each information by bibliographic sources to in order to develop an architectural program for the thesis project.
