Aplicación de método de valor ganado para determinar el valor final en el proyecto Defensa Ribereña Huaura - Lima

Abstract

En el presente proyecto de investigación nos da a conocer sobre la herramienta de la gestión de proyecto; planteando el método del valor ganado para dar con el valor final del proyecto estudiado. Como objetivo principal de esta investigación es hallar el valor final del proyecto “DEFENSA RIBEREÑA DEL RÍO HUAURA – LIMA”, usando el valor ganado como gestión. Para realizar este proyecto hicimos el seguimiento de las actividades ejecutadas hasta el sexto mes ya que mediante ello podremos ver el alcance según el avance real para la predicción del resultado final del proyecto. Para la realización de esta metodología se tomó los datos de las quincenas ejecutadas es decir mensualmente se dividió en dos quincenas, ya que todo el trabajo consta de dieciochoava quincena, pero hicimos un corte a la doceava quincena según el avance ejecutado, ya que mediante ello se pudo dar con el valor final del proyecto A si también es como por interferencia de nuestras variables descritas nos dará un alcance de cómo se encuentra nuestro proyecto según sus varianzas predecesoras. Aplicando el método del valor ganado en nuestro proyecto nos hace referencia a nuestro costo final teniendo un valor 39,801,683.78 soles, lo cual existe una diferencia de 3,461.73 soles al presupuesto planificado, es decir hay una deducción de ese costos ya que también se identificó los índices de desempeños respectivamente del cronograma siendo un valor de 0.75 y un costo de 1 en el proyecto lo cual nos dice que nuestro proyecto está con un retraso pero no tiene un sobrecosto

Applying the earned value method in our project, we refer to our final cost having a value of 39,801,683.78 soles, which there is a difference of 3,461.73 soles to the planned budget, that is, there is a deduction of those costs since the indices are also identified of performances respectively of the schedule, being a value of 0.75 and a cost of 1 in the project, which tells us that our project is behind schedule but does not have an overrun
